Lastarria Boutique Hotel - סנטיאגו

Very nice hotel. We stayed here for three nights. One night was loud due to the room above us packing and leaving for the airport at 2 am. Noise carries pretty good due to hard wood floors. Good location for sight seeing.

It's a great hotel overall, but i would consider it just for leisure purposes and not for business. The reason is basically because the room I selected has no facilities for a business traveler. No desk, no place to sit and write, no specific lights for that and no room for clothes. There were no place for hanging a suit, shirt or nothing. Just a small place over the safety box that's not enough for male size clothes. So, practically i didn't get my stuff out of the case. Very uncomfortable. Other point to improve is variety of meals for room service and the breakfast service. The rest of the hotel service was great, taking into account that is a boutique hotel, so you will not find dozen of employees. It's really quiet, the ancient building is amazing, and you can sleep even better than home. Y strongly suggest the place for a personal trip, not for business.

We have stayed at this Boutique Hotel twice now, and would stay again. The staff is friendly, and very helpful in every way! The location is perfect... just a short walk to so many sights, and activities.

A top notch, value for money hotel that delivers a 1st class experience. Almost everything about this hotel was 5-star, the bed was excellent, breakfast was the best we've had (still no bacon though) in the 4 weeks we've been travelling in Argentina/Chile, the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The little things set it apart - the turndown service, chocolates, water, slippers by the bed and robes. It was within a block of a great wine tasting restaurant and within 10 minutes of the fishmarket (fish restaurant area). The only negatives are that the rooms are a little small and the elevator next to our room was a little noisy.

One of the best rooms i have ever stayed in..... the loft. Huge size, was bigger than most 2 bed apaprtments. Spa in the room was used everyday! Close to the centre of town and access to all the tourist sights, but on sundays there is a huge market just around the corner that was just brilliant. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Lastarria Boutique Hotel is conveniently located close to the city center, yet in trendy area with plenty of restaurants and boutiques within walking distance. Rooms are tiny and overpriced. Wardrobe closet is Lilliputian in size; shirts or pants cannot hang straight down, and you have to sit on your bed to open the door. Only one tiny dresser drawer means you need to keep your clothes in your suitcase which could not fit between the bed and the dresser. One chair, no desk or flat surface other than the top of the wardrobe closet. Hotel restaurant was good, but overpriced.

What a pleasant surprise! The hotel is beautiful, as was our room. Very modern with lots of great sunlight in the gorgeous bathroom. We were so surprised to have the big outdoor terrace off the room, I only wish we would have stayed there for more than one night so we could enjoy it more! Breakfast was great, and it was nice to sit in the dining room with a view of the pool. Parking was not far away, and although it was a tight space to get out of, it worked out well for us.

The Lastarria was a great hotel for our first visit to Santiago. The staff is great and very patient with our limited Spanish skills.

Extremly helpful and friendly staff. The garden room was spectacular after a long flight. It was quiet and spacious with an open treed outlook. The surrounding streetscape and restaurants were great.

Stayed only one night--room was tiny--would have requested a room change if staying more than one night. Room, however, was very nice as was hotel in general

A little bit nervous about booking something from the web without having a recommendation from anyone we know. However, pleased to say that the ratings and reviews by others were accurate, and we had no nasty surprises! Fantastic bathroom amenities, 'plumptious' bed and pillows, lovely attention to detail. Breakfasts just great, as were the snacks available during the day. All staff very helpful and friendly. Only disappointment was not having adequate space to hang clothes properly - but that is pretty minor in the scale of things.

Excellent in all regards. We will definitely will stay there on our next trip. The rooms were beautiful. The staff was extremely helpful in all regards

Stayed 1 night in Lastarria Boutique hotel and wish it could have been longer. I normally stay in Las Condes area for business but had a meeting downtown so thought it would be good tro try a hotel near the old city, and this hotel had very good reviews. It was wonderful, not cheap, but certainly worth the money. Gorgeous rooms, design, a lovely pool and courtyard which would be lovely on summer afternoon, and attention to detail - helping out with restaurant recommendations, complimjentary espresso etc. The neighbourhood is very cool, with lots of little bars and restaurants, and a more interesting crowd than the norm in conservative Santiago..........Will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful stay at Lastarria, my one comment is more of a tip, request a room above the ground floor, as I had some trouble with street noise/smokers directly outside my terrace. The room was beautiful and impeccably maintained.

Lastarria Hotel is brand new, with great staff, cozy atmosphere and best location ever. Close to all the good restaurants, bars and must-see sights. Rooms decoration are clean and cool and you can have all checked to your final bill (taxi, day-trips, taxes), very convenient! Spent my honey moon there and they really made it special!

Me pareció importante colocar secadores de pelo en el baño, y mejorar la variedad de los productos ofrecidos en el desayuno.El resto OK. Saludos.

パトロナートの近くなのでこのホテルにしました。冷蔵庫もあり、ベットもキングサイズで、シャワールームも綺麗だし（シャワーは備え付けの固定式ではなく、ちゃんとホースがついてた）、ドライヤーもチリによくある備え付けのタイプではなく、ちゃんと大きくてパワーのあるドライヤーでした。ただ、外壁に付けてあるライトが夜でも煌煌と光っていてまぶしかったのと、カーテンが薄いのでその光を遮れなかったのが残念でした。朝食はちゃんとエスプレッソマシーンでコーヒーを入れてくれて、オムレツ（または目玉焼き）を注文してから作ってくれるサービスがありました。

Muy lindo hotel, recien refaccionado, todos los detalles perfectos. Estuvimos en habitacion piso 3, al lado ascensor, y se. Sentia cada vez que subia y bajaba. Barrio muy entretenido, muchos lugares donde ir.

Quartos luxuosos, banheiros grandes e limpos, café da manhã gourmet, pessoal super atencioso. Pertinho dos bares de Bellavista (10 min a pé), Cerro Santa Lúcia, Cerro San Cristobal. Recomendadíssima.

Lastarria Hotel Boutique es un hermoso hotel europeo en su diseño.. la entrada es un elegante. Lo que más me gusto del hotel es su privacidad..MI habitación tenía una terraza hacia la piscina que hacia una postal de recuerdo. el Restaurant es una carta básica, con sandwich y snack, pero bien rico... Lugares para ir a cenar hay varios en Barrio Lastarria, Restaurant Opera, y muchos café para desayunar..Definitivamente recomiendo el lugar :)

La estetica del hotel, y su ubicación son excelentes, las habitaciones amplias y cuidaro nde matener una combinación entre lo moderno y el estilo del edificio, la escalera de mármol es impresionante. Sin embargo creo que falta en alguos servicios tales como el desayuno el cual resulta una desilusión, y el personal que aunque muy atento pareciera que no ha sido capacitado lo suficiente.
