Hotel was very nice, clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. Parking not so much. There were not enough parking spaces. No fencing between the hotel and adjacent restaurant allowed restaurant patrons to park in the hotel lot. The parking spaces provided were very small making door dings inevitable, and hard to get into and out of with even a medium-sized car. The driving space between parked cars on the right and left was very small, making it very difficult to back out of a space.

Really appreciate the friendly, courteous service at BW+. The hotel appears new - if it isn't it is very well maintained. Staff was very attentive.

One of the best hotel stays that I have had and I have been in some nice hotels. The staff was excellent, a joy to work with. The breakfast was wonderful and they even extended it slightly for us when we got up late! The whole hotel was clean with high end materials and a great modern design. I have already recommended it to friends and will stop there again.

The hotel was nicely furnished, and the room was large enough and comfortable. The thing that made our one night stay so bad was the location of our room. We were at the end of the hall across from the stairs. We heard bump, bump, bump from the time we checked in until the time we left. It really runied the stay for us. IF I decide to ever book this hotel again I will insist on having a room far from the stairs. Breakfast was hot, but not very good.

This is a new motel. The staff was on the ball and they aimed to please. The rooms were clean (again, a newish motel). Best Western offered a complete complimentary breakfast which included eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, fruit and pastries of your choice. The location is in a parking lot of a large shopping area with many eateries in the shopping area that can be walked to in two minutes time.

Have not stayed at a BW in years. Wow have they really changed their image and stepped up their game! It's not your dads hotel anymore!

Everything from check-in to check-out was made easy by a friendly efficient staff. Lobby was clean and somewhat upscale. Manager's Reception each weekday evening was a very pleasant surprise. Room was very clean with perfect carpeting and furnishings...very comfortable bed. Bottled water provided each day in the room. Hotel was convenient to work, dining and entertainment. I felt I received very good value for the price of the room. I will stay there again.

From the time we walked through the doors we were made welcome from the front desk lady to the maids on the elevator. Room was great! Two Queen Beds in a very large room with a desk and comfy chair and ottoman. Bathroom was nice and clean with plenty of towels. Although I did not sleep particularly well either night we were there I was annoyed by the thundering herd who stayed above us. One tip is to make sure you get a room that does not face the highway as I could hear trucks pass by on the interstate. Overall these things would not stop me from staying here again though as it's full breakfast was wonderful.

We stayed on the way to & home from Destin. The room both times were clean & comfortable! The breakfast was also very yummy! My 2 year old even ate seconds :)

Great little hotel. New, clean and with all amenities you need. Free drinks in the bar in the evening and breakfast included. On edge of town but a couple of restaurants in close proximity.

Well situated. Very clean (very new). Staff very helpful and professional. Rooms are tastefully done. Close to all local attractions and plenty of places to eat nearby. The only area for improvement could be the breakfast, but again, there are plenty of places around the hotel where you can get a bigger variety. For the rate we booked, this hotel was well worth it.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean and comfortable room and in close proximity to a great deal of sights in and around the Tupelo area! Only stayed one night, but would definitely stay again and recommend to all who are passing through! Good rates and great breakfast! Five stars!

This hotel is about 4 miles from downtown Tupelo. There are a growing number of simple restaurants nearby. Hotel is new and everything is clean and fresh. Room is well appointed. Included continental breakfast very good compared to most low-cost hotels. Service very friendly and helpful. Overall a good place to stay.

This was the best Best Western I have ever stayed in - in fact I believe it was the best hotel I have stayed in a very long time. My daughter and I take a trip every years to someplace new. The hotel employees were very friendly and helpful and the room was absolutely beautiful! I we ever have an opportunity to go back, it will be to stay there. On the other hand, we had an awful experience with hotel.com and will never use them again!

Very nice.Happy hour was a nice touch.Wish had known about it my last stay in Tupelo.Close to mall, eating places and easy access to main roads.Workers were very nice.

This hotel is beautiful. The people were so nice. We had to stya there last minute to visit family in the nearby area and it was above and beyond what we expected. The rooms are equipped with fridges and microwaves and restaurants all around. We want to go back just to stay in the hotel again. The continental breakfast is more like a buffet. It was tons of food and she restocked it continuously. We can't wait to stay again.
