"Good for a business trip"

Hotel was decent, for the cost, it was great compared to other experiences in the area. Big plus for me was ironing board and iron, coffee maker in the room with a kitchenette and microwave. Big negative was the wall unit AC that was over one of the beds and required me to step up on the bed to adjust it. The room service was good, I had two meals and they were both good, quickly delivered hot. The desk was helpful and spoke great english.....

"Good Business Hotel"

I was traveling on business to participate at an expo taking place in the close by Transamerica Expo Centre. The hotel is practical and a reasonable value for what you get. A shuttle bus service to the venue every 30 minutes came in handy. There is also a Taxi point across the street. The neighbourhood does not offer much in way of cultural or entertaining possibilities. The overall decoration is dated and depressing, could do better with much less. The alla carte wasn't very good. Positives: good breakfast, room had lots of space, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Just good to spend a night or two, needs a revamp.

Escolhi o hotel porque é perto do local do meu compromisso profissional. Costumo ficar em hotéis equivalentes a preços muito menores, por isso esperava muito mais. Fiquei negativamente surpreso com o colchão mole, TV antiga e ar condicionado antigo e barulhento. O banho é bom, embora o box seja muito apertado. O café foi muito bom. E o serviço de van foi bem original e útil, o que reduziu minhas despesas com deslocamento.

Muito bem localizado para a minha ocasião, próximo ao Shopping Morumbi e ao Estádio. Atendimento muito bom e uma excelente cozinha. Conservação das instalações muito boa e roupa de cama e banho também de boa qualidade.
