Very good place to stay in Rome. Location, location, location!

It was a bit confusing when we first arrived as the hotel is off a little side street and the taxi dropped us by the major road. But once we figured it all out, it was all good. Of course the area is a bit noisy but I think it would be like that anywhere you are in walking distance to so many of the tourist type landmarks. The staff was all very nice and the room was much larger than expected.

The stay me and my wife had here was very good. This was our first destination for our honeymoon and set the bar very high. We stayed in a studio-style apartment and it was just the right size for us. There was a full kitchen stocked with utensils, cups, plates, etc. but we did not use that at all. There was a small washer that we did utilize and was very convenient. The bedroom was large and had plenty of space for us and our belongings. There was a good sense of security and we were able to leave our belongings there. The biggest plus to this place is the location. It is located close to....everything. Just a 7 minute walk to the historical building, which we used as a point of reference for our daily journeys. Just down the road from the Colloseum, the Forum, Circus Maximus, I mean its close to everything. Excellent service and location make this a must stay for anyone. The only down side I will say is that the bed was not very comfortable and it was loud with the restaurant that was just outside our window. Thank you for the stay!

Excellent location in central Rome, reception staff were very helpful in every way , friendly and generous with their local knowledge. Room was very clean and tidy

For the price, rooms are large. It's really a small apartment, not a traditional hotel room. You should know the front desk is not staffed from 10 pm until about 5 a.m. That's the only negative. But the location is FABULOUS, within walking distance of virtually everything you'd want to visit in Rome. We would definitely stay here again if returning to Rome. In fact, I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

I'd put the DVR in the funky cool little hotel category. Very large, well decorated and clean rooms, all different and interesting. Some of the amenities and room features aren't going to stack up to a large luxury hotel but that is more than adequately reflected in the price. The staff is absolutely first rate and I have no doubt they will do whatever they can to make your stay as enjoyable as they possibly can.

Friendly staff and in the perfect location to walk and and see many of the sites that Rome has to offer.

Would never stay any place else in Rome.

The location was great, within walking distance to all the main attractions. The room was very clean and the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. There beds weren't very comfortable and we could hear all of the noises from the rooms above and next door and we didn't have a toaster which was a little dissapointing for an apartment. On the whole it was great value for the centre of Rome and we would stay there again.

Wonderful location, large and comfortable for a family of 4. Washing machine in apt. unit was very helpful and saved us lots of cash.  Better than a hotel with all the conveniences of one. Best of all, walking distance to most attractions, even in the summer heat.

We were very impressed with the Dolce Vita Residence. we were a family of four, two children 4 & 7 travelling in July 2012. The location is perfect for seeing the Colosseum, Il Vittoriano, Spanish steps, trevi fountain etc. the apartments are modern, clean and the air conditioning is very welcome in the searing heat Rome has to offer. The apartment has a well equiped kitchen and is very spacious. The building is situated in a lane which is quiet enough except for the bin truck early in the morning, which can't be helped! Bring ear plugs. We hope to return to Rome next Aug for another wedding and we will be booking the DVR, without a doubt. Definitely the place to stay in Rome.

Long walk from train station but not too bad especially if you have light luggage. We had a ton of space and the washing machine, espresso vending machine and location to Trevi Fountain, major tourist sites and nightlife a major plus. Very happy!

Great hotel for our family of five. The room was much larger than expected and the air conditioning worked great. Although not on a main street the location was fabulous. Walking distance to all major sites. We will definitely recommend this to friends. Thanks for making our stay in Rome so enjoyable. They were also great at setting up transportation to and from the airport and to the port of Citiavecchia.

Staff were very helpful. Only negative was that it was a little noisy. Proper shutters on the windows would have helped minimize the noise and light. This was our apartment. However other apartments had full blackout. I would stay there again. To all the staff, thank you!

Pros - Location,location, location. Within 15 min walking of Trevi, piazza navona, piazza venezia, campo di fiori, colosseum, pantheon, cafes, restaurants and shopping. Huge apartment suite with washing machine (no dryer). Cons - hard beds, street noise and sirens (not their fault really). Book it, you won't regret it.

Dolce Vita was close and walking distance to major tourist spots. Our apartment was very comfortable for the three nights we were in Rome. The staff were very helpful and overall we loved it.

All staffs were friendly and very helpful. Location was great! Our kids had plenty of space to play around.

Fantastic customer service. Nice, comfy bed and fresh, newer linens. We fit a family of six in the one bd apartment with a loft. The living room sofas broke down into two extra beds! Clean room, nice bathroom. Withing walking distance to Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, Pantheon.

I don't know what else to say. It was just fantastic. Staff was great and helpful, location awesome, room very cool.

Hotel has a very nice location, you can just walk around trevi fountain, pantheon, colloseom, Spanish Steps etc. etc. just 8 mins. away from the Vatican City, room is clean, the staff were helpful

大得叫我驚訝！有廚房讓我們可以烧下住家菜，有搖搖椅玩下，又有飯廳談天。根本就是一間屋！位置好得不得了。職員極幫忙又友善！不過正門口很細，要行樓梯。brilliant hotel. excellent location. amazingly large room with kitchen, dining room, well designed roman style sleeping room, enough to accomodate my 4 family members with spacious playing area. super helpful and friendly staff. strongly recommend for travellers to Roman.

flat bem localizado em roma atendimento do pessoal perfeito,mas quarto pequeno e apertado estavamos em quatro e por isso o aperto dentro do quarto era grande

Abbiamo apprezzato gentilezza e siaponibilità del personale, pulizia delle camere e posizione centralissima. Un po' piccolo il piano cottura (2 fuochi) se si vuole preparare pranzo/cena. Appartamenti accoglienti e moderni.

Clean apartments with a great location. Almost all the famous spots (Colosseum, Vatican, Spanish Steps etc.) within walking distance. We liked the terrace on the 3rd floor and used it often after walking in the downtown. However, there could be a little larger table in the studio apartments. Once we had a problem with the bathroom's floor drain but the staff fixed it quickly.

La ubicación del hotel es genial, mejor imposible, a 5 minutos de todas las atracciones, en verdad que perfecto. La habitación tambien del tamaño perfecto sobretodo si vas con familia. Lo recomiendo al 100%

Ett fint lägenhetsrum i hotellet. Fräsch toalett och dusch, full utrustad kök. Vi åkte med 2 tonårsbarn och allt fungerade bra. Nära till sevärdheter, affärer, restauranger och en matvaruaffär.

Meget bra! Ingen generende trafikkstøy i 4. etasje. November er en super måned i Roma! Frokost på rommet når du vil ha det.

sei in centro,ma non disturbato dal traffico.Le camere sono pulite e il servizio è ottimo cosi il personale molto disponibile. ottima soluzione per famiglie anche con bambini piccoli.torneremo di sisuro.
