Terrific value. The apartment was excellent, very clean, great views and well laid out living and sleeping areas. Compact, but yet roomy with all the amenities of a chain hotel. The front desk was very helpful. Perfect for an overnight.

Very good

Grocery store and Peruvian restaurant across the street (literally). About 1.5 blocks from Plaza de Armas. Great security. Great service.

The room had a strong cigar scent, this was not specified when i booked the room, other than that it was what i expected for the price.

I read some reviews on the place- they're pretty accurate. The rooms aren't fancy- they're basic, but comfortable and have everything you need including good wireless, a little kitchen, TV and stereo. Overall good location too- walking distance to Santa Lucia and the Art museum.

The place is not a classical hotel. These are appartments rented out in a large building. Therefore no hotel atmosphere or service which I did not expect. If you go there make sure you speak Spanish or have some help. This was the biggest hurtle to me. Also have a Spanish copy of your reservation if possible. Other than that the location is great - right in the middle. I had a rental car but hardly used it since public transportation is good. The room itself was as advertised - good for two people. The room was clean, everything worked well and the TV shows plenty of goofy US shows. I certainly can recommend the place.

Excellent location and very very nice staff, just bring a good dictionnary and ask for Mrs. Millgros. She was fantastic and so helpful. Very safe and great pool on rooftop with an incredible view.

Great location, high security and very nice staff. You do need to speak Spanish or undersdand a minimum to communicate. Incredible view from the rooftop pool!

I was confused when I showed up to the address listed on the website and was told that I would actually be staying in a different location--it was only about 2 blocks away, but it was still a surprise to know that there are three separate locations where you can rent rooms. If you call ahead, you might be able to find out which building you're going to be in. Other than that, very friendly (entirely-Spanish-speaking) staff, and clean/pleasant premises.

Staying here means you'll be renting one of several apartments in two buildings-- one at the Monjitas address and another a couple of blocks away. The property manager lives in the building and will come down and meet you (apartment front desk staff will call her). A good option if you don't mind not having any traditional hotel amenities and you want kitchenette access. Our room was clean, with the exception of the bath mat, which looked like a door mat. There is no air conditioning but Santiago cools down nicely at night so we just slept with the windows open. The Bellas Artes metro stop is just a few blocks away, as are several call centers/internet cafes, also convenient since we never got the wi-fi to work.

This hotel is in the heart of downtown Santiago. This is the perfect place for a traveler looking for an authentic Santiago experience. The staff doesn't speak any English. So you need to be comfortable with your Spanish or very adventurous. If you can communicate your need the staff can be very helpful though. This hotel is actually an apartment complex. So your room comes with everything a one bedroom apt would have (e.g., kitchen). Overall I really enjoyed my experience and would recommend it to anyone who is comfortable in South America. If your not comfortable with your spanish, a foreign country, or big city, I would recommend a more traditional hotel option.

For a surprisingly low price, I got an attractive 1 bedroom with a living room, bathroom (including a tub) and a kitchen, right in the heart of the Central Business District. The rooms were small but suitable. There was plenty of closet/storage space in the bedroom, but not so much in the bathroom. The decor was modern but not pretentiously so. The internet in the room worked without any issues except during a short blackout. The staff were polite and helpful if you need to ask them something. However none of them speak a word of English so due to my poor Spanish skills, my contact with them was limited. The flat screen tv on the wall was a nice touch, as was the extensive free cable network. The room was basically clean when I arrived except for (see below). The rooftop pool was open and people were using it. Great view of the city from the roof. The elevators work and the windows open. They give you a fob to open the front door and the gate at night, it worked for me no problem. This hotel is in good working order. Things I wasn't happy with: There were hairs in the sink, tub, and toilet when I arrived. Nobody came to clean the room for the entire week I was there. They provided a kitchen and some utensils and cooking tools, which is great, but no scrubber or dish soap, and nobody came to wash the dishes for the whole week. That's the reason I checked out. I ran out of clean pots & pans. Are the guests expected to go out and buy a scrubber and dish soap? I have no idea. I decided that's not my job and left it. There was one of those rubber mats in the tub. I nearly killed myself standing on it a few times, because it kept sliding around. Finally I removed it which ironically made the tub much less dangerous. The room was comfortable except it got cool in the evening and night. The gas heater on the wall didn't seem to work. There might have been some procedure to do to make it work, but I didn't ask what that might be. Flicking the switch on and off didn't d

We really enjoyed our stay at Torre Tagle Apartments. Everything you could possibly need is so close - surrounded by restrauants with different cuisines, markets for groceries next to and across the road from the Apartments. Very short walk to, bus stop, metro, the Main Square and as many shops as you can wish to visit. It was also close to the Tourist Office at the Main Square.The apartment was very nicely furnished, the security was top notch and we couldn't have had a better location. There were only two small problems, none of the staff at the Apartment spoke a word of English, which caused a few difficulties but we managed to get by with out trusty Spanish/English dictionary and when we were really stuck we called the gentleman we had dealt with via email. The other problem was that they had no egg lifter...lol We would stay there again in a heart beat and recommend the Apartments to anyone.

Trata-se de um apart hotel, então como ja se sabe não há serviços tradicionais de hotel, nos hospedamos em um pequeno apartamento de 2 quartos, muito bacana, com todos os utensílios de cozinha, geladeira, fogão, ferro de passar roupa e ate secador de cabelo. Muito nem localizado, no centro de Santiago. Perto de estações de metro. Bem.. Na minha opinião eh um ótimo lugar para ficar. Quando voltar pretendo ficar novamente no Torre Tagle.

Gostei muito,lá não é bem um hotel,é tipo uns flets,muito bons,mas na recpção ninguem sabe de nada.Tem um apt 219 que funciona como uma recpção,tudo que vc precisa vc tem que ir lá,mas,não é 24horas.não tem nada de sabonete ,etc no banheiro.tem só um sabonete liquido na pia.Não tem secador,sampoo,etc....Tambem não tem ar condicionado.Tivemos que pedir um ventilador ,que não tinha para todos os quartos.Mas as pessoas que fazem a limpeza são ótimas ,sempre procuram atender aos nossos pedidos.No caso mesmo do secador só foi levado depois que solicitamos,e,assim mesmo não tinha pra todo mundo.Resumindo e tirando esses detalhes foi tudo ótimo.

Efter att ha väntat ett par timmar på att få checka in fick vi till slut vårt rum. Vårt plan var försenat och vi anlände efter kontorstid och då finns det ingen som kan hjälpa en med nycklar etc. Receptionisten fick ringa en kvinna som kom till huset med nycklar och sin trötta son. Ren tur att hon kunde komma så sent. Rummet var dock bra men man fick inga toalettartiklar som tvål eller liknande men städning ingick som var bra. Kvinnan som hyr ut lägenheterna var trevlig och bra men hon jobbar bara kontorstider. Hotellet rekommenderas inte om man kommer utanför kontorstid.

O Torre Tagle é um conjunto de apart hotel e apartamento bem localizado no centro Santiago, bem ao lado da Plaza de Armas, metrô e ônibus próximo, A vista do terraço é incrível. Embora nas fotos do site os quartos aparentam bem maiores, o apart é pequeno mas atende bem as necessidades, não possui ar condicionado mas à noite em Santiago faz frio. Vale a pena.

Великолепный дизайн, все удобства - от микроволновки до холодильника, весь центр - в пешей доступности, рядом множество кафе и ресторанов, напротив - работающий до позднего вечера супермаркет. Здание хорошо охраняется, важно учесть только что охранники не говорят только по испански, по английски свободно говорит только старший менеджер (по сути управдом) у которой кабинет на втором этаже к которой обращаются при необходимости оставить багаж в камере хранения

Synd att personalen bara talade spanska och inte någon engelska, men problem löste sig ändå. Rummen är alltför "designade". Det saknades t ex ett vardagsrumsbord, utrustning för att kunna diska och krokar/hängare för handdukar på toaletten. Annars, ett trevligt boende, till ett bra pris. Rekomenderas!

Nice and large, but dirty appartment. No english speaking reseptionist. Large plus for self laundry service. Great location near Placa de Armas, grocery store and lots of restaurants.

Nossa estadia no torre Tagle ficou dentro do que esperávamos. O quarto é bom, com boa calefação, foi limpo todos os dias e a Dna. Milagros, que é a pessoa responsável pelos cuidados do quarto é realmente muitíssimo atenciosa.

O Hotel eh bom. O quarto gostei bastante, mas a vizinhança eh um pouco perigosa. Tomando algumas precauções, tudo bem!!! O custo beneficio vale a pena. Recomendo!!!!

Great location is the best thing about this serviced hotel apartment. Although it has kitchen facilities the best you can hope for is a heat up microwave meal plus maybe a boiled egg. This is the reality of the kitchen and breakfast bar area .There is only a sofa/settee in the small lounge area. The bed is OK. It is a nice hot shower but beware the force of the water means you will have to mop up afterwards. Free wi-fi is strong. But everything is let down by the dirt. In the draws in the cupboard space, just about everywhere. If you moved anything it revealed dust and dirt and somebody elses hair. The staff should do more than a quick flick. An improvement in attitude would be a start. More money than our previous equivalent aparthotel round the corner - oh and it was cold. Go to Soho apartments instead. There they also give you tea, coffee and breakfast for $10 a night cheaper

Torre Tagle fica no coração da cidade. É confortável, porém no apartamento em que ficamos(1519) não tinha vista para lugar algum. O banheiro não tem box e molha muito quando tomamos banho mas a banheira compensa essa bagunça pois é muito confortável. Todas as torneiras são aquecidas e funcionam muito bem. O aquecedor de ambiente não funcionou nenhum dia, porém os móveis são modernos e serviu à minha família muito bem. Milagros, a pessoa que nos atendeu é simpática e prestativa.

Não se trata de hotel, mas da locação de um "flat" sem qualquer serviço, num predio onde a maioria dos apartamentos são de gente que ali vive. Em tres pernoites nem ninguem entrou no quarto. Carpete sujo, cheio de cabelos.

Trata-se de um apart hotel, por isso não oferece os mesmos recursos que um hotel, mas atendeu perfeitamente nossas necessidades e expectativas. O quarto foi limpo todos os dias, sempre na hora marcada (12:00hs), as toalhas foram trocadas todos os dias e a Sra. Milagros, que é responsável pelo local, sempre foi muito atenciosa e prestativa. O apartamento é bem completo e com móveis novos. A localização é perfeita, pois está próximo de vários pontos turisticos e estações de Metro. Só o banheiro que é um pouco pequeno, mas não se torna um problema. Voltarei com certeza.

O torre tagle é tipo um flat...parece-me que até o 9 andar são vários apartamentos de hotéis. É bem localizado e vale a pena para quem quer economizar, pois tem uma cozinha pequena (apesar de não haverem muitos utensílios de cozinha). No entanto, a dona do Hotel é muito simpática. Tudo que precisamos pedimos a ela e ela fez o todo o esforço para nos ajudar. Eu voltaria a fica lá.

É bom, asm precisa melhorar a oragnizaçao - algumas vezes o quarto naum foi arrumado e faltou tolhas.

Reservei o quarto tipo studio e ele não fica no endereço anunciado e sim na rua atras (Calle Santo Domingo) pode não parecer um problema mas cheguei ao hotel as 4 da manhã e tive que carregar todas as malas por duas quadras e não tem ar condicionado o que no verão de Santiago é um grande incomodo. Fora isto as acomodações são boas e tem uma piscina no ultimo andar com vista maravilhosa e a atenção da Senhora Milagros que se desdobra para atender aos hospedes sempre com um sorriso aberto
