Grandview Hotel - טייפה

Great! Enjoyed our 2D1N vacation. They upgraded our room without any additional charges. But they charge for WIFI connection in rooms. Only in lobby had free connection. I hope they'll consider free connection in rooms also...

We had booked from hotels.com but they havnt given us the room as shown in the picture..and rooms was also very old.

Room is decent and value for money. Quite a distance from Macau City (about 15 mins to Macau City) but convenient in that you can take the public bus just outside the hotel to town, even as Taxis are cheap and easy to get, another way is to take the free shuttle to the ferry terminal then hop on any of the free hotel shuttle to town or Cotai strip. If you are coming from Hong Kong, take the Turbojet, and ask where the free hotel shuttle buses are. When you come out from the escalator, turn right as there is a long queue of different hotels offering free shuttle, that stretches from left to right. The big casino hotels are on the left and the smaller ones like Grandview are on the right. The hotel bus is clearly marked and comes about every 30 minutes. The bus that picked us up from Macau Ferry Terminal did go round to Cotai Ferry Point but they didn't really wait and I didn't see any sign there for the hotel bus pickup point, and the hotel says if we were to depart from Cotai Ferry Point we had to make prior booking whilst if with Turbojet, they have a regular 15 mins shuttle to and back. The HKG to MOP exchange is almost 1:1 at the currency exchanges so you don't really need to change to MOP.

Grandview hotel is only 5 min by taxi to from the big casinos in venetian and galaxy resort. The staff seemed friendly and helpfull. The housekeeping gave us plenty of complementary water. The bed has been one of the most comfortable hotel beds i slept in so far. The hotel itself seemed not the newest, also the lobby smells like too much cigaretts, unlike the rooms! If you dont mind the ugly view towards other houses, its a resonalble place to stay.

I didn't expect much as I was driving through the neighborhood. It was a little run down looking , but not too bad. It is in an older area. But, the staff was very nice and did speak English. The room was comfortable and clean. I had no issues sleeping at all with how quiet things were. I have sen reviews about smoking vs non smoking and I was given the room I wanted on an entirely non smoking floor and had no concerns whatsoever there. I had an issue with the in-room safe and the hotel staff came and fixed it immediately. They did hold a 500 Hong Kong dollar deposit on a card while I stayed even though the room was paid for and I was slightly offended that they had to check the room before releasing it( a five minute process). But, overall, it was nice and I already have plans to return and stay again.

I have made the bookings and fully paid using credit card to www.hotels.com for my hotel stay at Grandview Hotel. However, it was to a surprised that during checked in, I am required to pay an deposit of MOP$500. This particular important information should be published on the Hotel website so that travelers will be able to prepare extra cash for it if this is the hotel policy.

Hotel staff were good and friendly. However I was disappointing the room did not look like the room I booked on the internet

The room are huge very clean, bed was very confortable. Bathroom are big with a nice big Tub. Hotel have free suttle service to the Ferry which it works great for me.

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful Suite with all the amenities one can ask for.

The hotel satff was very rude and unaccomdating. They were unable to answer easy questions such as where the Venetial Hotel was. Furthermore, we were delayed when we checked in and the room was not clean at all.

We like this hotel as it is nice and clean. there is seven-eleven and a supermarket behind the hotel. The room is big and clean. The receptionist was nice and fast. However, it will be better if the hotel can provide the shuttle to the International airport and to other hotels at the Cotai area. In addition, it will be better if the concierge can help us to call a taxi or there is a taxi stand in front of the hotel. As what happened at that time was in the morning (I asked the concierge, but he said that I could hire a taxi in front of the hotel which means we had to go to the roadside), and it was inconvenient for us to be faster and to compete with the other people who wanted to get into the taxi because we had our luggage. Before we could put our luggage into the car trunk, the other people keep taking our taxi. For the other tourist information, if you have a luggage and put into the car trunk, the taxi driver will charge about MOP/HKD 10 per luggage.

This is a very nice hotel and with acceptale price range.The room is very clean and comfortable.We can go out for meals very easy and has 2 big super-market arround.But one thing is the internate service is not available,u've to but the card for the internate.

Very disappointed room very drab it was the worst hotel on our stay.

The GrandView Hotel, while not immediately promising, turned out to be a most pleasant surprise. I was fortunate to be given a room upgrade, which certainly increased the pleasure of my stay, but even without that the staff were unfailingly friendly and the rooms well serviced and clean. Taipa, the area where the hotel is situated, is hardly beautiful but then little in Macao is. It is nonetheless a very central location with excellet bus connections and plentiful taxis, close to convenience stores (lots of them), restaurants & etc. For racing fans, you have a great view of the race course ....

Good average hotel, has casino inside, has shuttle bus, located in Taipa, the main complain is INTERNET NOT INCLUDED, its pay for use $50 for 3hours!

the lighting of dining room is not enough

Location was convenient to most major casinos in Macau. Food around hotel easily available & choices many. Hotel room was reasonably sized and comfortable. Overall, a good experience for me.

My wife & I booked an overnite stay at this hotel. The check in time, just like in any hotel, was at 2pm. But we arrived at 11am and the freindly staff readily checked us in... Yehey!! Our hotel room was more than what we expected (elegantly designed, spacious) for its price. A supermarket nearby was a plus! We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

Hotel reception staff not friendly

This is a very nice hotel. Actually nicer than the hotels I normally stay at. There was a huge glass wall between the bedroom and bathtub. But one thing I really don't like is that they charge extra for getting online. Even very cheap hotels provide WIFI or wired online acces for free. This hotel should do the same.

This is a great hotel to stay for the price, however does not have any good amenities serivce is bad. Gym is small and the pool is outdoors. I would suggest checking in early as they run out of rooms. We had checked in late and was advised to choose between either a (smoking room with a double bed) or (non-smoking room with two single beds) being me and my wife we offcourse chose the smoking room with the double bed. The smell was not as bad but would have perfered a non smoking room since both of us don't smoke. We actually stayed in the Premier Deluxe Room the exact same as you see in the photo on their website. You get a horse race track view and slight view of Venetian and the new Galaxy which is about a 5-7 minute walk if you take a cab it will cost about 30 HKD. They also have a bus stop on the side of the hotel which will cost about 5-6 HKD. If you want use the free shuttle buses you need take the bus to the ferry terminal and then jump on another bus to get you to another casino. The great thing about this hotel is that it is accross the street from a local supermarket so you can buy some snacks and store it in your fridge. I would definetly recomend this hotel.

Отличный отель. Номера большие и просторные. 10 минут автобусом до парома или аэропорта. Оборотная сторона - в историческую часть Макао придется ехать на такси (не дорого) или автобусе (совсем дешево) - минут 15-20.

Good hotel. they did not have the room with double bed, as I have asked, but at the second night they changed us for this room. They have a fre transfer facility to the Main port, and they let us at Taipa port under our request. As Taxis in Macau are very very cheap, it was not a problem the hotel not be near the city center. Our purpose was not gambling but knew the historical places. I do recommend.

Resonalble price, Good location for Casino. Little far away from main tourisim sites.

舒适的房间，为一厅一房两卫设计。安静、舒适、干净。超大洗手间：双洗漱盆，有浴缸，有淋浴房，宝贝很喜欢。位于氹仔旧城区，比邻官也街，食宿非常方便。唯一不足：离新濠天地比较远，打的30元。

一番下のプレミアルームを直前に１泊だけ予約したが、上層階のエクゼティブデラックスへアップグレードして頂けました。部屋は広くて快適、ベッドが自分にはやや柔らかかった。周辺にはこれといった観光スポットも少なく、カジノや繁華街には遠くて不便ですが、お洒落なレストランなどがあって到着日に旅の疲れを癒すだけならそれでよかった。エレベーター前に案内係の人がいて愛想もよく親切だった。フェリーターミナルからの無料シャトルバスがあったが、あちこち迂回して立ち寄るため時間がかかって不便です。

地點鄰近官也街,搵食方便,房間整潔。不好彩地在當晚深夜鄰近的房間好嘈!!!

舒適

总的来说，君悦是不错的，周边有居民区，离官也街很近，门口有公车站，去路环和机场很方便，但春节期间价格高得离谱，是平时的几倍。

酒店下方就有公車站牌 附近有二家大型超市 便利商店 及小吃店，生活機能很好，房間很整潔，床舖的軟硬適中 只是床略窄一點，辦理入住及退房速度都很快，服務人員態度良好，大致都很滿意

总体来说不错。交通方便，出门就是公车站，旁边有很多超市和便利店。不行到老城和官也街10分钟左右。楼下就是四面佛。澳门的治安貌似也不错。酒店大楼外观看老了一点，大堂也不是那么气派，但房间好像是新装修的，还不错。

沒有網路訂房所說的三溫暖!!

リスボアと同じ料金なのにサービスも設備も貧相でした。エアコンも効きません。（冷房しかなく寒かったです。）バスローブもないしインターネットもないです。（Ｗｉｆｉ）レストランも寂しい感じでした。部屋のテーブルも小さくて、ワインオープナーの貸し出しもなくスーパーで買いました。ルームサービスを少し頼むと料理を置く場所がありません。ワゴンを用意しないのならばテーブルくらい少し大きくてもいいのではと思いました。
