For each floor, there are some rooms that is outside a firedoor and can only be accessed by first exit the firedoor and to a entryway that is "outside" the building. It is very hard to explain but it feels weird and insecure. other than this, the room is nice and clean.

hotel was great value, staff were friendly. i had a small single room but it was fine and in the reception you could get free tea and coffee or use the internet. the whole thing was a bit diy but i liked it

Rooms are really small, but very clean and fairly new. Close to Tokyo station. Be sure to walk through the Yeasu underground street and take exit 24 for cover from the cold in winter. Free freshly ground coffee from reception between 15:00 and 00:00

It was a very pleasant and memorable stay. Indeed it was a best hotel deal as compared to other hotels located in the city of Tokyo. The JR Train Station is less than 5-10 minutes walk and we were able to travel in and out of Tokyo and within the nearby must-see attractions.

Everything was very clean, new and modern. Very close to a several stations (Tokyo, Kyobashi, Takaracho). We had a bunch of luggage (snowboard bag mainly) and wanted to be somewhere close to Tokyo station (10 min walk away). The only gripe was that the room was very small, however for the price and location, it was worth it. Service was great, everyone we spoke to at the desk knew some english and there was free wifi available in our room.

Small new and clean room with three beds and good amenities. With baggage, it will be quite a long walk from Tokyo Station. Better to take subway that is closer. Quiet neighbourhood with more offices than shops. Ate dinner at nearby shop that had mostly male office workers customers.

The hotel is in a super location - especially for the price. Had a two single bed, more spaciious room. Did not stay in one of the space shuttle rooms. The hotel is very clean, no mildew or old smoke smell. At least one of the receptionists spoke very good English. Highly recommend.

The hotel is actually not that close to Tokyo Station, about 15 mins walk. It is really close to 宝安 station though. Not much shopping around the area. Several rest. you can choose from within short walking distance. Single room is extremely small as expected.

Within 10mins walk from Tokyo Station. Quiet neighbourhood. Good bistro across street. Breakfast buffet at hotel. Room small but very clean. Friendly staff. Kyobashi metro station within 10mins walk.

Great. Given the price, this is an excellent hotel. THE GOOD -Just 7 or so minutes walk from Tokyo Station. Clean, great bed, friendly staff, helpful. Good price. Rooms are small but larger than I hoped for central Tokyo.THE NOT SO GOOD. I would normally hope someone would be on the desk during the main hours who was an English speaker (or at least pigeon English). We had problems trying to change our booking and we had to turn up on the day to sort it out - having said that it was resolved so no problem. This is a minor issue. OVERALL I would recommned this to my friends so it gets my thumbs up.

Rooms were well-maintained and the front staff were friendly and helped with different requests. Typical hotel amenities, liked the pj's that were supplied. Coin laundry was great, although I wish they had a system to force guests to remove their items in a timely manner from the machines. Great location, tucked away in a corner near Tokyo station. Was surprised to have the entrance to my room located outside the main hotel hallway, meaning I had to walk out to a walkway outside to get to my room.

The hotel was a great find and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. Room with two beds was spacious for westerners and the pajamas provided fit only the lady and not the man. Breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was very good.

The inn is a business "hotel". The location is great. You will have to connect WiFi in the very crowded and small lobby. The room is clean but the air conditioner is installed in the room so it is very noisy when it is on. The inn has a check out policy at 10:00 AM, additional 1000 yen will be charged per hour. The staff are not familiar with the areas outside Tokyo Station and Ginza. They did not understand English well and honestly were not friendly as the staff at the other hotels where I stayed. I visit Tokyo often, twice or three times a year and will choose the other hotels near Nihonbashi where is very close to Tokyo Station, too.

This hotel is located very close to Kyobashi metro stop on Ginza line which is very convenient as there are a lot of tourist attractions on this metro line. Tokyo railway station is also not far away. The rooms are relatively small and tend to be very warm in summer, so if you don't like sleeping with air-conditioning switched on it might get too hot. Second bad thing is that there is no Wi-Fi in rooms, so if you want internet you need to go to the reception. However, there was a LAN plug and cable in the room, but I didn't test it. In general it's a good value for money and I would probably go there again if I had the chance.

Very very very small, but it's close to the train station. 1 night stay at most if nothing is cheaper and you need to be near the area.

Good, not flexible on check in or check out times, additional costs for early check in or late check out

Good place to stay for an overnight stopover, close to Tokyo Station. Rooms were small but sufficient for a short stay. Reasonable rates for a convenient location near the train station.

We were very happy with the stay at this smaller hotel. It has all the basic facilities we need (even coin operating washing machine and dryer). it is also close to JR station and 2 subway stations - just a few minutes walk. The double and single rooms are small, but not by Japanese standard. The Tripple room is unexpectedly spacious. The staff are friendly and helpful but speak very limited English.

Everything is pleasantly new and clean. The best hotel stay experience in Tokyo ever for this price range.

Simply perfect!

The inn was in a good location and only a 10 minute walk from the Tokyo station. Perfect for a quick sightseeing day before heading home.

Very convenient for Tokyo Station- only a few minutes walk away. Nice quiet , quality neighbourhood. Room small but spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay there again.

We chose this hotel for location - a 5-min taxi ride from the Tokyo station (or ~7 blocks on foot) and close to subway, worked for us quite well. The room was not large but comfortable and the service was quick. One downside - wi-fi is only available in the lobby but otherwise decent. Will stay again.

This hotel is about 7mins walking distance from Tokyo station, which can get you practically anywhere in Tokyo you want to go. I booked this hotel last minute due to plan changes and got a phenomenal rate. This is an upscale Japanese hotel and though the rooms are small, it's luxurious compared to other ryokans. The private bathroom alone sets this apart. The service was very efficient and I had no issues with the hotel room itself. I would highly recommend this one if the price is right. You can walk to Ginza easily from this hotel and there were plenty of restaurants within the immediate area. Lots of foreigners seem to stay here, so they are fairly comfortable with english. Overall, great location means a lot in Japan so this one is well worth it.

当日の夕方になって、仕事が終わらず検索していたところ見つけたホテル。銀座や日本橋にほど近いのに料金は手頃で、気軽に使えます。ダブルベッドは十分な幅があり、リネンも清潔で、快適でした。

둘이 해외여행은 신혼여행이후 처음이라..패키지가 아닌 자유여행에 급하게 결정되어 선택하게된 호텔이어서 걱정반 기대반이었습니다. 생각보다 위치도 너무 편하고 한국분 안내원이 계셔서 너무 좋았구요.. 숙소 역시 아담하면서 깔끔하고 편안했습니다. 있는 동안 걱정없이 너무 편했구요. 도쿄와 가까워 이동경로 또한 너무 좋았습니다. 1층 레스토랑 음식도 너무 맛있고 분위기도 좋아 저희부부 첫 해외여행 너무 로맨틱했답니다. 감사합니다. 고민하시는 분 적극추천해드려요!!

飯店設施佳

GW中の東京ブラリ旅で利用させて頂きました。東京駅からも近く、とても便利な立地です。飲食店などが割に少ないのは土地柄仕方ないですが、コンビニが徒歩圏内にあり、不自由は全くありません。 ホテルマンは皆キビキビとした接客で好感をもてます。肝心のお部屋はミニマムでしたが、清掃はゆき届いており、気持ち良く滞在できました。

Cet hôtel est parfait pour visiter Tokyo; il est situé à environ 7 mn de la gare de Tokyo (les personnes qui écrivent le contraire ont dû se perdre) et à 2 mn de Ginza. Les chambres sont petites main on ne peut demander mieux à Tokyo pour ce budjet. Un seul bémol: le petit déjeuner n'est pas cher mais pas terrible, ni occidental ni japonais et moyennement propre, ce qui est rare au Japon toutefois à proximité de l'hôtel aucun problème.

水周りの清掃が行届いていました。朝食も品数が多い訳ではありませんがどれも美味しく頂ました。

Hotel bien, calme, proche de la gare de Tokyo. Par contre le service laisse un peu a désirer. À notre arrivée à 8h du matin après douze heures de vol, il nous a été dit que le Check-in était à 15h et il n'a pas été possible de l'anticipé. De plus le Check out à 10h du matin: c'est tôt.

除了稍小一點,其餘無可挑剔,但這價錢在東京住這種小坪數也算是合理
