Quiet, clean, bright, great beds, wonderful staff. They have everything you need.

room was very nice and clean. Modern look and all conveniences. Employees very knowledgeable and courteous. Great , modern look to building , inside and out. Great free breakfast, ---surprised it was a full breakfast, not just a continental one. Great place and a good value

This is my second year staying here and it was just as new as before

I stayed in a King suite designed for wheelchair access. Room was fine. Bathroom design caused the bathroom floor to be covered in water after a shower. This is my second time staying at this hotel. I've come the to the conclusion that I do not really like the suite design. The TV set is set between the sink and bathroom and is set where the viewing angle is not very good from the bed or the couch. Breakfast was good every morning.

The hotel was clean and very close to my destination. It was nicely decorated and the staff was very helpful.

Very clean and attractive hotel. On arrival at 4:00pm we were told it would be 30 minutes before the room would be ready. After 30 minutes we were told it would be another thirty minutes. We left for our evening appointment at 6:10 and then returned at 9:00 to find the room ready. There was a soccer tournament in the area, and the front desk was working to accomodate a large group. However, we had made the reservation more than two weeks prior to arrival and were pushed back to accomodate the soccer group that said their reservations were made the day before. The receptionist was polite and kind, but I don't know that I've ever been made to wait till 9:00pm to check-in. Was a huge inconvenience and ruined our plans for the evening. Likely would not stay here again simply because of the lack of reliability.

The hotel is about 8 months old and is still in new condition! The room is very spacious for the price and you are close enough to shopping!

This place was great - convenient and reasonably priced. What got to be burdensome was the continual demagnetization of our door keys. We had to have our keys redone at least 2-3 times per day.

This place was fabulous; however, they use a magnetic key system and our room keys were constantly becoming demagnetized - got to know front desk personnel well! We were locked outside when trying to come in from using pool! Yet, everything else about this place was great!

Clean rooms, great service, nice pool area and easy to find.

Hotel was new and it was obvious that the staff were very proud of their hotel. The staff was courteous and helpful. My only negative was that they charged me for one of my rooms after I had already paid Hotels.com. It has been handled but I never received a phone call regarding it's resolution as requested.

I loved the accomodations; quietness; cleanliness; especially the hospitality. I liked that it was close to several thoroughfares. It was very easy to get around.

We were visiting family in Garland and hotel very close to their home. The hotel was close to major highways, so easy to go site seeing. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was helpful in giving direction to different places. Good hot beakfast every morning.

Love this hotel. Our second stay at the same location and we will stay there on purpose each time we pass through. It is fresh, clean and very very comfortable.

SpringHill Suites continues to consistantly deliver a high quality, clean room; pleasant tones, a fresh feeling to the entire place. Nice workout equipment at this location. It is very near to the turnpike; but that is what I wanted.
