Cute boutique hôtel. However, hotel staff is completely inflexible and aggressively confrontational. I simply requested one hour later check out and when the desk attendant couldn't help me, I asked to speak with a manager. She came out before he even called her, as she was hiding behind the door. Before I could even state my case or request she began berating me and telling me Impossible! I have NEVER in my 30 years of business travel been treated so poorly, rudely or deplorably by any kind of service industry. I will NEVER stay here again, nor recommend it to anyone. In fact, I will go out of my way to inform everyone as to how bad an experience this was. I immediately went to my room and collected my things and attempted to check out. During my check-out the manager began accosting me again. She did this in front of new guests who were attempting to check in. Needless to say, they realized what a mistake they made staying there too.

My family booked 2 standard rooms. We were greatly and pleasantly surprised upon our arrival because one of our rooms was upgraded to a wonderful suite FREE of charge because the hotel director noticed that the arrival date was the anniversary of my dad-in-law! This was a wonderful present and surprise to our family and we are very grateful to the hotel directrice for giving our holiday such a nice start! Besides this ,we were happy to see that all the personnel of the hotel were very friendly and supportive.we deeply recommend this hotel.

Rent og pent med fin beliggenhet. Små rom, men fantastiske senger. Hyggelig personale, ellers ingen fassiliteter.

"ルーブル美術館と地下鉄近い"

ホテルはルーブル美術館まで歩いてすぐ、エッフェル塔が見える公園も目の前。内装は新しいので、防音も良い。フロントの雰囲気もよく、いろいろとわがままにも対応してくださいました。また利用しようと思います。

Un personnel très accueillant, un emplacement parfait. Seule remarque, les chambres sont toutes petites et la salle de bain-WC qui est intégrée à la chambre ne laisse aucune place à l'intimité...

Had a very good stay at Le Pradey. Everything was top of the line except for the breakfast that was very poor. Otherwise it was great!
