Nautic Hotel & Spa - Playa de Palma

Sadly very disappointed. We booked a junior suite noting it had a balcony or terrace. Very disappointed that we could only regard this room as a double and the balcony had a white wall a few feet away. There was very little sky to be seen from the balcony. We asked to be moved and were told the hotel was full despite rooms still available to be booked online. We left the morning after arriving and booked into another hotel nearby. Paid for stay when booking - non-refundable - so choosing this hotel was an expensive mistake. The hotel may have been good if a better room was provided but we simply couldn't stay long to find out. Terrible experience.

We were put in the Nautics sister Hotel Las Arenas for the first and last night due to the Nautic closing on our last day. Suffice to say Las Arenas is fairly basic so we were not impressed, particularly as we were not informed when booking. The service offered was fairly basic at the Nautic and the restaurant staff actually fairly rude. We wouldn't recommend staying here although for a cheap break with little expectation you may enjoy it. Its fairly modern but lacks comfort. If the roof pool had been heated I think we would have enjoyed the facilities much more.

Ideally located for a short break, close to Palma and on the beach. Our only experience of food here was the breakfast, which was fine, other than the fruit juice (way too much sugar). Service was good, room was excellent.

Hotel is modern looking and conveniently located near to the beach, little shops and local restaurants and bars. Happy with area as we wanted to stay in a quieter area, away from noisey bars and clubs! Unfortunately, there were a few things about our room, that disappointed us. The view for one looked out onto a block of apartments and we could see the people in their kitchen. This meant we had to keep the curtains drawn a lot of the time and get ready in semi-darkness, (lights weren't the brightest). The beds were very hard and we only had one very flat little pillow. On asking at reception for more pillows, we were told there were none in the hotel! A cleaner later brought us 2 more pillows. There was a safe in the room, but it was unusable. No reception for Wifi in the room.The walls are so thin, I could hear the people next door's telly as well as their conversations. And just one little thing that annoyed me, was the position of the mirror, which wasn't above the dresser, but in a door in the wardrobe away from a plug socket, and so was unable to stretch my hair straighteners to the mirror!! A minor thing but annoying! Breakfast however, was very good. A good range of foods on offer. We used the spa in the hotel and got a very good deal. The spa facilities were good, but there were a few people trying to use everything at once! Overall,, had a lovely stay in the area, but would probably not use hotel Nautic again.

Really nice hotel and friendly staff. We had the family room which was much better than expected with the 2 other beds in a separate room. Pool was a bit small in size and not a suitable area for children, right at the beach, perfect place for our overnight stay. Breakfast was disappointing though.

Rummet vi fick först var litet, fuktigt, hade ingen fungerande ac och hade endast en liten balkong mot en trång innergård utan utsikt eller sol. Eftersom vi kom på natten kunde det inte ändras då. Dagen efter uppgraderade vi rummet mot en extra kostnad och fick sedan ett större och luftigare rum med utsikt över strand och marinan och som hade fungerande ac. Sen var vi nöjda.

Nice hotel. Bad service from the staff and the spa and gym was a joke. Not going back there.

Allt var bra. Dom hade ett speciellt cykelrum där man kunde låsa in racerhojen.

Hotellet har bra läge i Can Pastilla precis vid hamnen, ca 8 km in till centrala Palma med cykel på den underbara cykelbanan utmed havet. Hotellet är rent,snyggt och upplevs ganska modernt. Frukosten var klart godkänd och hade bra service. Nackdelarna var att sängarna var hårda (men jag tyckte man vande sig), wifi fungerade inte på det rum vi hade utan vi fick sitta nere vid receptionen. Sammantaget ett prisvärt hotell!

Steenworp afstand van het strand en boulevard. Er was een spa waar we geen gebruik van maakten met schappelijke prijzen. Zwembad op het dak zag er erg leuk uit maar was niet gevuld eind april.Jammer genoeg geen parkeergarage. Een kamer voor 2 volwassenen en 2 kinderen was ruim met 4 bedden. Goed geslapen.Goed ontbijtbuffet met warme en koude gerechten. Hele hotel is gemoderniseerd, leuke inrichting. Netheid kamers was goed.

Vi havde booket Nautic Hotel & Spa da vi søgte efter en indendørs pool, p.g.a. årstiden. Vi blev meget skuffet da det viste sig, at der IKKE var en indendørs pool. En fejl på Hotel.com's hjemmeside fortalte hotellet os. Vi fik i kompensation af hotellet en 3 timers spa indgang. Men her blev vi igen skuffet. Tyrkisk bad var blot et dampbad - saunaen skulle benyttes med håndklæder som vi ikke fik tilbudt. Jacusi'en var lige så koldt som det kolde vand i hanen. Så vores 3 timer blev til max 30 minutter. ØV!!!! HVEM har fejlen? Hotellet iøvrigt: god betjening i reception og restaurant og dejligt mad. Sengene var hårde men værelset pænt og rent.

Vi hadde ei fin uke på Nautic. Flott suite med god plass til to voksne og to barn. Nyoppusset rom med flott bad. Hyggelig betjening både i resepsjon og i spisesal. Bra frokostbuffet og middagsbuffet.Fin beliggenhet like ved stranda. Kort avstand til folkelivet ved Playa de palma. >Fin strand. Kort avstand til Palma by.Veldig fornøyde med oppholdet.

Rent og pent hotell, god mat og god service. Ikke alle balkonger har bra utsikt.

Meget rent og velholdt. Poolen er ikke så stor, men fin. Stranden meget tæt på. Fantastisk morgenmad med alt, hvad hjertet kan begære. Receptionen var ikke så informerende. Min søn fik dog serveret lasagne, som var pakket ind i husholdningsfilm, som han derved fik spist en del af. Ærgerligt, for maden var ellers rigtig god.

Rigtig godt ophold. Det eneste at udsætte på værelset, var udsigten - en stor hvis væg lige klods.

Hotel Nautic passet fint for vårt tredagers opphold utenfor Palma. Fint hotel, med deilig basseng på taket! Beliggenheten er super ifht stranden for barna og mulighet for enkle innkjøp og restauranter. Hotellrommene var romslige nok for en familie på fire, med stor balkong. Mange varianter av brød, pannekaker og nok av scrambled eggs og masse vannmelon gjorde frokosten på hotellet også bra! Kort taxitur til sentrum av Palma gjorde dette til et utmerket sted å feriere på.
