Citrus Heights Patong - קאטו

The hotel is newish, minimalist in some ways, cheap in others, but with perks. The rooms are clean and nicely equipped; I was pleasantly surprised to find a larger frig with separate freezer and even more surprised to have a clothes washer in the room (actually a combo that also dried!). But all was not golden: breakfast seemed to be leftovers from the previous night's dinner buffet, with the addition of an eggs-your-way station. It's far enough from the beach that they provide a free shuttle, and it is out of the way from the touristy areas. However, the main road to those areas runs along a canal with raw water that literally was black (and aromatic, to be kind). I will give this praise to the staff: I cut my leg on the corner of the bed, but didn't notice it bleeding until I got on the white sheets. I called the front desk to explain the sheets were soiled and they promised to send someone right away. Very shortly someone was there, but when she saw my bleeding leg she literally dropped her linens and ran from the room only to reappear shortly with a large, well stocked first aid kit. I appreciated that concern.

Very new hotel in the neighborhood, there is not a lot going on around the hotel, but it is close to everything. Well, in phuket, you can say everything is close around Patong beach, but that is like a 200 baht cab ride. I picked this hotel because it is new, new rooftop pool and clean. Recommend for families or couples who just want to spend some time together, or buddies just to chill out.

The hotel is extremely new when we checked in. Some parts of the construction is still incomplete. Glass auto door to the main doesn't function properly, the washing machine in out room started to spew water out during a washing cycle. Visibly the hotel is not 100% ready for guest yet. Plants are missing in the lobby & pool deck giving you a very 'cold' feel. You can also smell the newness of the hotel, it has a very fresh 'construction odour' in some areas. The service is staff is also as new as the hotel. Lingusitically, they do not converse well in English, and lack knowledge about surrounding ammenities. However, they make up by they bright smiles and enthusiasm. The upside is that is still relatively cheap, the airconditioning is fantastically cold, pool deck is almost deserted and it has free wifi throughout the hotel.

酒店很新，设施很不错，有洗衣机，是整个泰国之行最满意的酒店。唯一缺点是离巴东中心区江西冷和海滩比较远。

Breakfast is good, room is big & clean

酒店還算可以，設備都ok，但位置距離附近大商場遠了一點。酒店附設有shuttle bus, 但經常遲到至少30分鐘，投訴後又沒有改善，只說是交通塞車... 但車子是從酒店先開出的，再開去沙灘/商場。為何會說是在外面塞車呢？ 此是酒店的一大弊處。

The hotel is comfortable and new. It is about 15 minutes walk from the nearest shopping mall Jungceylon but the bad thing is that there's no proper road for pedestrian which made walking difficult especially on rainy days. There are construction sites along the road which is not easy for walking. I was trying to find tuktuk but it costs 200baht for just 2-minute drive, which is not cheap in turn. The room is quite spacious, but room lighting is not enough. There is a handheld shower and an overhead one but without a door - which will make the whole bathroom wet after shower. The room I booked is facing the nearby building (although I'm already staying on 7/F). Breakfast is provided but don't have wide variety - it's acceptable given the hotel rate is so low. Overall I think the hotel is okay due to the unbeatable price. I'd recommend to those who are looking for hotel with basic facilities.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights but the experience is not that good. The staff is kind of impolite sometimes when we have some request or queries. Also, it is difficult to communicate with them in English. By the way, the location is alright with 15mins away from Juncelyon. The premium room is big enough for us and it is clean. But the service provided by the staff must be improved.

半夜到步, 仍有保安指示泊車到車場, 前檯職員做野比較慢, 態度親切, 酒店早餐唔食唔可惜, 位置巴東尾最入果條街, 酒店有free shuttle bus出junceylon商場(on schedule), 房間大而且新, 但露台竟然放上冷氣機散熱器, 即是無可能企係露台出面啦~

前台只有一个服务人员，check-in办了半个小时，房间貌似也不是很干净，总体感觉还不如如家，汗，走10多分钟到江西冷后门。一路上都在施工造房，性价比一般。

前台工作人员很好，房间干净且较大，屋顶泳池看山景不错。距Big C十分钟，离沙滩较远。应为后期要搬到卡他，所以作为巴东中转住1~2天还是可以的。

离沙滩比较远，主要去江西冷，海鲜市场，大概10分钟。房间很大很清爽，卫生状况不错，前台服务热情。泳池很不错看山景。
