Premier Inn Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 - לונדון

We were very impressed. The service was better than we can remember having had, the location was perfect, it was extremely quiet. Couldn't ask for more for a brief stay, i.e., it is an airport hotel.

Good location, close to airport. Free bus to and from airport. Hotel sound proof, no airplane noise. All hotel ,bar and food staff helpful and friendly. Would book again.

The hotel was very good value and very convenient to Heathrowl The only but big problem was that the address was wrong on the confirmation and thus it was VERY HARD to find the place.

Great value property next to Heathrow airport on perimeter road. All the amenities including a Costa coffee and restaurant make this a great staging point for Heathrow flights. Moderate fee for parking with adjacent petrol station for filling up; also with convenient airport 'Hoppa' bus for minimal fee serving all terminals. Be aware there are two Premier Inns on Bath Road...this newer property is closer to Terminal 5.

Everything was fine except the location. I was assured that the hotel was located in the terminal but it was a mile away and I had to catch a bus to Gatwick early morning. I needed to walk to another hotel to catch the bus that cost £4 1/2. Stone hotel didn't offer a shuttle service.

Good location with short free bus ride to T5 (don't need to use Hopper Shuttle). Evening meal and service was good. Wifi not free but reasonably priced at £3. Room clean/modern with all key facilities although not particularly spacious. Overall a great overnight stop before a flight, especially from T5.

It was a fine hotel for a 1 nite stay before our morning flight out of Heathrow. The bus shuttle picks you up but makes lots of hotel stops so you need to allow yourself more time. .The taxis give you an inflated price and you should negotiate before you enter the vehicle . The hotel rooms were clean and the service was good. There is a nice restaurant and bar at the facility so you don't need to leave the hotel .

My only problem with this hotel was that they said they have a free shuttle to and from the airport. Now this is true, however when you get to Heathrow no one who works for the airport will tell you which bus to take! So we paid 4 pounds 50 each to get there. The free bus is the 423 at stop number 6. It was a little rediculous how difficult it was to find that out.. This hotel was also quite expensive compared to the others we stayed in, in Europe, but one of the cheaper ones in London. M

We hadn't been before but were pleasantly surprised and we will certainly be going back looking to book on our next trip away. Everything was excellent. the staff surpassed themselves and were pleasant, helpful, and made our stay exceptionally easy.

I was pleased to stay here during an overnight stop. Very convenient to get to from Terminal 5 and easy access to all the other terminals. It has a restuarant which is great for breakfast and you can also grab something to go. Good value for money, the parking is a bonus.

One of the nicest Premier Inns we have ever stayed in. Convenient for Terminal 5 with a bus stop opposite the hotel and the terminal just minutes away. Very nice restaurant and bar in the hotel, as well as a coffee bar and lots of places to sit. Room was very nice and beds were comfortable, as always.

We love this hotel, it's convenient and is lovely inside. The beds are the comfiest we have slept in and the breakfast is AMAZING!!!! Only thing that is less than perfect is the £12.00 parking ticket every day.

Hotel is Great very close to Terminal 5 Heathrow. Free bus to the terminal from the hotel. Hotel Hoppa service too availble for 4$. Great Breakfast Selection. Also has Costa inside and mcdonalds right outside.

Quite adequate for over night, near airport. Be careful taking the bus to hotel, there are 2 Premier Inns on Bath Rd.

Staff exceptionally courteous and attentive, service good, room clean, comfortably and perfectly adequate for an overnight stay. The stand out however is the friendliness and attentiveness of the staff

Fantastic service! Yummy breakfast ' free bus to heathrow across the road, I'm booking again for our stop over prior to exiting the country! Good value for money :)

Very convenient. Free bus #423 outside terminal 5, 2nd stop is right outside hotel every 20 minutes. Hotel staff very courteous and helpful. Did not eat in hotel but menu looked good and reasonable. Whitehorse Pub 5 min. walk and good place.

Excellant hotel to stay in, close to the Airport with aview over the airfield if high enough. Nice clean room & very comfy beds to sleep inn, Car park can get quite full

The staff were wonderful, but unfortunately while they guarantee a good night's sleep, I didn't get one. The water pipes made banging noises, that I can only guess is some type of design problem (I can't imagine it's a maintenance issue). So that every time someone in a nearby room turned water on or off or whatever, there was a fairly loud banging sound. It made getting to sleep impossible until near midnight when evidently most everyone had gone to sleep. The sound proofing for noise in the hall was nonexistent and unfortunately with no way to run a fan in the room to cover up nearby noise, you were at the mercy of the goodness of those walking by your room. In fact, there's no way to adjust for room temperature at all in this hotel and since bed's come equipped with a duvet and nothing else, if the room temp isn't just right for you to sleep, you can't adjust by covering with only a sheet or just a sheet and blanket and no comforter. There are no ice machines in the building, although a staff member was nice enough to go into the kitchen and get me some ice. I stayed at the other Premier Inn in the area earlier in the month and found it much nicer and would recommend it over this one.

Stayed overnight here. Best way to get here is take the free bus 423 from terminal 5. Don't go to the central bus station! Taxis are 29 pounds! Front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Rooms are small but adequate for a quick overnight. Very close to airport, but you don't hear airport noise.

Overall one of the best Hotel stays ever had. Room had all the conveniences Americans and today's travelers want, including super shower, soap conveniences, Internet, clothes iron, top-notch bed, clean and quiet! My room had great view of Airport runways and planes taking off, - without the noise. Staff were helpful, British ones noticeably more knowledgeable than others who were still very polite and as helpful as possible. Unfortunately, I was incorrectly routed to Terminal 1 instead of Terminal 4 for my departing United flight - and initially arrived at wrong Hotel (there are 2 Premier's on Bath Road) after pickup from Heathrow and had to use public transport to address this.

Good location! There is a free bus outside (across the hotel) to Terminal 5 which takes about 10 mins. McDonald's is right next door. 24 hours wifi for only 3 pounds. The only recommend will be add a door-chain for each room, which would be perfect.

We needed a convenient location to stay over for a couple of days on our way back to the United States The hotel was clean it was nice it Easy access to terminal five Unfortunately we flew in a day early this hotel was booked we were forced to stay in the Sheraton That is located just behind This hotel The Sheraton cost five times as much for one night stay and it wasn't nearly as nice

We enjoyed our night here, it's very close to the airport and when we arrived we were very concerned about the noise, but once inside in your rooms it is silent. The downside of this is that you can't open the windows and the rooms were very stuffy indeed. Oh, and both food vending machines were out of order.

Fine facilities. Good food options. Internet costs a few pounds per day. Bus stop right outside that goes directly to heathrow.

Nothing to improve on with the room/amenities. Great value. Additional bonus here was the check in staff who were beyond nice and helpful when I was complaining about my problem of not being able to contact them for shuttle details upon landing. Take note that the number on the hotel.com confirmation is the main number and not the specific hotel number. So, I was basically calling corporate headquarters at midnight. They were exceptionally gracious and paid for my transportation to the airport the following morning to make up for the (my) misunderstanding. Really great folks.

Premier Inn at terminal 5 is perfect. You just hop on free bus 423 and in two stops - you are there. The staff is good. The breakfast is great. There is a pub built in 1601 that is still operating, and this pub has the best food. We highly recommend this hotel for the price.

Very good. All positiv. Just the gym should have better quality.

This hotel markets itself as a budget hotel for travellers with an above-average product. They met this goal when we stayed there - we were about 15 minutes by shuttle from the terminal (4 pounds each way), the room was well appointed, clean, fresh, and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful - and were obviously wanting to make sure that our needs were met. Management came over and spoke to me while we waited for the shuttle, wanting to know if we had any feedback about changes they could make, improvements, etc. A nice touch. Rooms are on the small side, but we weren't expecting a suite at this price, nor were we planning a long stay - this is a travellers' hotel where folks stay prior to an early flight.

Great hotel at great price. Room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Location is convenient, close to old village pub. Hotel has decent restaurant and good coffee shop. Hotel hoppa bus ride is 15 minutes. Bus operates on 30 min schedule and cost is £4.50 one way.

this is a cheap and ideal solution for those early morning holidays and trips! cheap and comfy!

Much better than I expected. Comfortable room. Pub and Costa on site. Found a few hairs in the bathroom but otherwise ok. Absolutely no extras so take shampoo etc. Fine for what it is - have already booked again for my next stay before a flight.

It was used as an overnight stay between flights more than comfortable and suitable for this kind of stay

Good location and clean rooms.... Improve on Quality of TV

All the pre-planning the hotel has done to accommodate travelers is amazing!The only short fall is the "FREE" internet was only for 30 min. The band width was NOT good, and the pay access was not much better.
