Arya Boutique Room - קאטו

Nice little boutique hotel. Really hard to find as you need to find the small alley that leads to it from the main road and it doesn't have a sign board to say so. But hotel room itself is nice and can see the efforts put in to make it comfy. The back exit of the hotel brings you near the beach but you can't use it unless you already have the key. Overall, good value for money!

Affordable accommodation. Located 15 mins walk to Pa Tong beach. Lots of shopping, cafes, bars and restaurants along the way to beach. Rooms are simple and clean. Street noise (especially motorbikes) does penetrate the rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Stayed here with my partner for 6 days in February.Hotel is very close to everything you would need and is very comfortable and good value for the tarrif paid.Staff most helpful and friendly and go out of way to help.One warning.the hotel has no lift so best to ask for room on a lower floor.

Staff were great. Room very clean. Convenient to Banzaan Market and Italian restaurants and Jung Ceylon Mall. Problem is noise at night. Tourist police or somebody with the town, need to deal with loud motorbikes at night. It would be quiet and then in the middle of the night some bozo would deliberately down shift and crank the rpm's on their motorbike and echo the sound through the street. Finally bought earplugs, to sleep. Maybe ine of the rooms away from the street would be better.

Hotel is very close to the big mall (5 min), bangla road (10 min) and the beach (15 min). It is also comparatively cheap. Rooms are neat and sufficiently big (not luxurious, strictly budget). Unfortunately, we wanted an early check in and the only room available was on the 4th floor. Never take that...the climb is painful. We were trying to plan our trips without having to come back to the hotel till the night thinking about the 4 floor climb (steep stairs). Service at the reception was okay. The safety box after locking refused to open as its battery had died out with my valuables in it, so be careful if you see a red sign indicating low battery on the safety box. The staff eventually helped me to get my stuff out. Overall, a nice budget hotel in a good location...but take the first or second floor and be careful of the safe!

The room does not have a fan. Had to climb 4 stairs as the building does not have a lift. However, it was a decent hotel considering the location and pricing.

wonderful and helpful staff..close to the beach though no sea view..close to shopping and lots of local Thai food stall.. affordable if you know where to look and bargain for things... book tours at the front desk who is very helpful and cost much much lower than the airport agencies..

We arrived to a chilled mango juice, reception was nice. Our room was spacious , modern, had two free bottled water everyday. House keeping was excellent, fresh towels folded into various animal shapes everyday. There was a balcony over the front entrance, good for people watching. Big tv with a lot of channels, big wardrobe, and the safe was bolted down. Good nieghborhood, 7-11, reasurantes, and bars close. Close to night market, fresh market, the mall. Phuket beach was 15 min walk. Nice beach, nice water, good service beach. Overall we're very satisfied with this butique. Only complaint was the thin door could hear people going up and down the stairs all night, but that can be resolved with earplugs.

The hotel was conveniently located and the rooms were nice and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. As a lower price option it is definitely a hotel worth recommending.

这家酒店的位置不错，离海滩步行15分钟。房间很干净，价格合理性价比很高。下次还会选这里。

第三次去PP，酒店多奢侈已经不是我们看中的了，只要出行便利，房间干净整洁，各种服务到位即可。酒店位于PP中心地段，非常方便！虽离酒吧那边不远，但夜里一点嘈杂声也没有，非常安静。酒店晚上7点后刷卡进出，拒绝客人到访，也保证了住店客人的安全与私密性。就房间本省来说，个人认为甚至更好于安达曼的独栋普通房间！3楼房窗外便能看见通赛湾海湾，不到300RMB的海景房！性价比非常高~入住4晚！很棒！

my room was on the 3rd floor, balcony is big size and night sight is wonderful. room is face to the street, but it is quiet in the night. location is near the supermarket(Big C). BTW: no lift, so if you have heavy luggages, it will be a small trouble.

靠近江西冷和海鲜水果市场，离海滩也就10几分钟步行距离（一定要问前台如何去海滩，如果自己找的话会绕远）。房间和图片有一定差距，但仍旧很舒适。

Everything you need for great a value of money. Silent air conditioning, large bed, shower and toilet, free WiFi, TV, balcony, trendy rooms, laundry service. They are more than happy to book taxis to the airport, tours to the surrounding islands etc. The only bad thing was that if you have your room towards the street, the traffic noise might disturb you late in the evening. But otherwise it was great, I recomend it. And like I said, extremely great value for your money.

Not a bad place however not the best

Trengte to overnattinger i Patong. Likte meg godt, og ble en natt til på hotellet. Grei betjening og ok frokostsjappe rett over gaten. Litt vanskelig å finne for taxien fra flyplassen, så noter gjerne ned telefonnummeret dit når du bestiller.

Ottimo hotel personale molto cordiale proprio in stile thai. Pulizia ottima tutto funzionante camera ottima per un soggiorno in coppia o da soli. L'hotel è inoltre molto vicino a Bangla road, allo stadio di muay thai di Patong e ad un mercato aperto tutte le sere dove mangiare tanto e spendere poco.

Good location but flooded when rain poured

L'albergo è molto comodo, si trova abbastanza vicino al centro da poterlo raggiungere a piedi. Gli arredi della camera erano un po' più datati rispetto alle fotografie del sito, nel complesso comunque la struttura è pulita e dotata di comfort quali la wifi gratis e la fornitura di acqua, possibilità di noleggiare scooter e prenotare escursioni direttamente all'albergo. L'albergo non è provvisto di ascensore e se avete il sonno leggero cercate di evitare le stanze che danno sulla strada. Nel complesso mi sento di consigliare questa struttura.
