Travelodge - Nashville, TN - נאשוויל

the neighborhood that this hotel was in was not safe for young children to be in. the hotel was not well taken care of at all and looked very old. the lady at the desk was nice but the hotel was nothing like what the pictures represented. again, not safe for young children!!!

I should have expected issues with the low price of the room. I blame myself for booking the hotel. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. We checked in and ended up getting a room with a broken lock. We were switched to the room next door. We stayed indoors all night and were honestly afraid to leave. The peepholes in the doors were blocked with gum, which was unsettling. I felt unsafe and checked on my car constantly throughout the night. I would not stay here again and next time I book I will definitely be asking friends about the neighborhood first!

It was horrible, bathroom was dirty, door lock broke, so they put my other guest into another room until door lock got fixed, that room was worse than the room I was in. Then when I arrived back at the hotel, maintenance guy and a person that was staying at the hotel, that I did not know were standing in my room, where my personal belongings were, very disturbing. The room was right beside the Staff laundry room, washers were very loud, could not take nap in afternoon, couldnt sleep at night, because of people loitering in parking lot, location was in a very dangerous area, lots of gang activity per the locals. Will never recommend or stay at this hotel again, very disappointing.

Area is rough. Non Smoking rooms still to near smoking rooms... rooms are small. Property dilapidated. Ridiculously OVERPRICED. Needs renovation. Needs security. Patrons playing inappropriate music too loudly late at night. Suspicious activity going on in several rooms. Many men in and out of one room in particular with a big black man seemingly standing guard at the outside of the door. It was a LONG unrestful night.

The staff was very courteous and pleasant. However, the actual hotel room was very out-dated. Very compact and small. It met the need for one evening but would not recommend for more than a one night stay.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean with the exception of the bathroom. It was filthy. Cleaned the shower myself before use.

First things first--this place is not safe, particularly for a young woman traveling alone, like I was. I did not feel comfortable leaving things in the room while I was out. Also, the hotel was right by the interstate and had paper thin walls so it was very noisy with the traffic, airplanes, and sirens constantly going off at night. Another negative thing was the fact that there was not a convenient red light intersection so getting to and from the hotel was quite a challenge especially at rush hour. The hotel next door had several sketchy characters (for lack of a better term) hanging around after dark. I understand this is a "cheap hotel" but believe me, spend the extra $10 bucks a night and stay somewhere else--you can't put a price on safety.

The beds were ok, but had burn marks on comforter. The toilet was loose, tv signal poor and neighborhood scary. Close to interstate and where I needed to be. Front staff was nice.

I only paid $40ish for this hotel room for one night, and I can tell why. There were cable wires ripped out of the wall, and the shower had cracks in the walls. When I pulled the cover off of the bed, there were stains in the sheets that looked like blood. The entire crew there (Managers and Staff) barely spoke any english, and were extremely rude. The surrounding area was full of ghetto people from all races. The Circle K gas station clerk even told me that I should get out of the area as soon as possible just because I am white. Countless times I was contacted by Nashville Metro police just because I was a white guy in the hotel and they even told me that I picked the wrong hotel to stay at. They were the nicest people I dealt with this entire time. There is no way I will ever return to this hotel.

The people were great! The building is a bit on the tired side but EXCELLENT/SUPERB accommodations for the price of the room.

There were no locks on the door, the bed was not on a frame - just a mattress on the floor. The shower head was non existent, the air conditioner didn't have a knob, there wasn't a lamp shade on the light, very unhappy!

The bathroom was filthy. The toilet seat was dirty and there was old soap bars and shampoo wrappers, it obviously hadn't been clean. The beighbourhoid seemed pretty rough and as a single female I didn't feel safe staying there. Not at all convenient Location

Overall the room and the motel were not bad at all. The location is pretty rough though. Its amazing how a couple of blocks can make the difference between a nice part of town, and a bad part of town. Waited in line at check in, with a few fellas covered head to toe in gang tats. And yes, face and forehead tattoos as well. Very shady lil part of town, but so long as you're not planning on being out of the room after dark... its a good value.

Bathroom was not clean. dried urine all over toliet.

I will never stay there again.

It was horrible. Not worth the stay, should have slept in my truck.

The hotel staff was very friendly but the hotel was extremly run down and the rooms were very small. The rooms were not dirty but but looked 100 years old. I guess this would be better than sleeping in your car but I probably wouldn't stay there again.

It took over 30 minutes to get checked in. We had 2 non-smoking rooms that reeked of smoke. The sheets and bedspread were riddled with cigarette burn holes. The room was not clean and it was noisy all night. This was not a good experience.

Once I found the Motel, I was happy for the location. Kinda hard directions, because no name on back which is the way I came in. Sun blinded the front and that's why I missed. The room was cold at first, then too hot, couldn't get my heat regulated. I cut off heat and used my electric blanket. Seems like heat was blowing directly in my face which didn't help my sinuses. Then in bathroom the facet in the sink was shattering water everywhere..I asked for a room with handicap parking & smoking which I thought I'd get a bottom floor room, well, I got the bottom, but it wasn't smoking. So cold smoking outside, but I did. That's it for me..Still would stay again because the price was good and would hope others would stay.

Bed was tolerable. Water was hot. I'll just leave it at that.
