This is an excellent hotel and is only a ten minute walk to the harbour of Port Soller. The views from the hotel are stunning . The staff are all extremely pofessional, very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Our room was beautiful and all the public areas were very stylish and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning very soon.

Excellent hotel, great staff, brilliant location and the "luxury" feel is absolutely there for the price you pay. Having more restaurants within the hotel would have helped, but Port De Soller is very near with plenty of options. Loved our time there for 4 nights and will look forward to return.

We loved every minute at the Jumeirah. Nothing was too much trouble by the staff, the service was impecable, views amazing, rooms beautiful and facilities excellent. Highly recommeneded

The location is simply stunning with mountain, port and sea views and we were upgraded to one of the mountain view suites which was the ultimate in luxury. The only criticisms I would have is that the breakfast service was always chaotic, people were complaining, and the food was often lukewarm or cold. Also that the restaurant and bar prices were so high in comparison to those of the (many) competitors in the nearby area that we rarely saw guests using the Jumeirah facilities. I think it would be worth their while looking at both dining room staff training and menu charges but overall we loved the hotel and would recommend it to others.

Utrolig lekkert og nytt hotell i fantastiske omgivelser, med vakker beliggenhet. Vi var veldig imponert over hvordan de greide å kombinere høy standard og luksus med personlig service og barnevennlighet. Utrolig gode senger, helt fantastisk frokost, flott basseng og vakker utsikt. Stor, eksklusiv spa og flott treningsrom, alle fasiliteter er "top of the line". Samtidig er det barnevennlig, og søte og vennlige ansatte som strekker seg langt for å gjøre gjestene fornøyd. Et av de beste hotellene vi har bodd på. Anbefales!

Efter att ha bott i Dubai och besökt en rad av Jumeirahs hotell och restauranger var vi nyfikna på om Jumeirah skulle kunna leva upp till samma servicestandard i Europa. Vi blev positivt förvånade av hur service minded, uppmärksamma och personliga personalen på hotellet. Allt från att conciergen kom ihåg att vi önskat spela tennis och erbjöd sig att boka tennisbanor när vi anlänt til hotellet tills att hela personalstyrkan kunde namnet på oss och vår son. Rummet var fantastiskt, rymligt och fräscht med stor balkong som hade både loungechairs och frukostbord.

Absolut perfektes Hotel. Service, Zimmer, Restaurant, Hotelanlage und SPA - alles TOP. Das hat natürlich seinen Preis, aber für dieses Hotel zahlt man gerne.

Högsta klass på allt. Service, kvalitet, utsikt, läge, komfort, vikten av små detaljer, poolområde, kids club, rummet, frukost... Kommer snart tillbaka.
