Great location for my work, but you need to be careful in the neighbourhood at night. Although the building looks drab, it is clean and colourful inside. Basic, but very clean, friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel is far from the center, however there is a big train station close by that connects to the airports and important places in the center. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast was quite good. Definitely not a hotel for a short stay (unless you are driving to Paris). Overall was good and quite cheap.

excellent accueil, chaleureux. Très bon petit déjeuner, copieux, varié. L'environnement de l'hôtel n'est pas très engageant, mais c'est le quartier qui veut ça .... pas très en sécurité, mais possibilité de se faire livrer un dîner dans la chambre, super. Sinon, appréciation très favorable.

à 10 mn à pied du stade de France très pratique pour aller se reposer après la manifestation sportive. Thé ou infusions à volonté très appréciés à notre disposition à l'acceuil. Petite bouteille d'eau dans la chambre et bonbons Tagada.. super. Petit déjeuner à volonté jusqu'à midi ! quoi de mieux ? Décor très gai et coloré : bravo !

Hotel parfait pour un séjour professionel à la Plaine StDenis. accès à Paris très facile avec e RER B. hotel refait en parfait état ( petit moins pour le fonctionnement de l'ascenceur.

Des chambres propres. Une salle de bains agréable. Un déjeuner copieux et à volonté. Un bon accueil.

Des efforts sur la déco mais déçue par le confort de la chambre qui reste basique sous des couleurs chatoyantes. Un double vitrage inexistant, laissant passer autant les courants d'air que le son (côté boulevard c'est infernal), le chauffage à fond mais impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre (à cause du bruit !). Reçu une chambre twin, 1er étage, coté rue au lieu d'une chambre grand lit étage le plus haut, côté calme : c'était pas le paradis : CQFD !

hotel refait à neuf, chambre agreable, petit dejeuné tres bien par contre isolation vers l'exterieur tres mauvaise, tres bruillant à cause du RER B qui passe à coté sur un pont metalique

Un peu excessif dans la deco (on imaginerait pas tout çà chez soi dans le quotidien) mais bien sympa pour un hôtel. C'est leur touche d'originalite!

The Hotel is nice, but the location of the hotel is kind of far from everything. To go to the city, you can take a bus # 153 across the street to Porte De La Chapelle metro station then take the metro to the city. But, the price will be almost the same as taking a taxi. To go to the Eiffel Tower by taxi is not a smart thing to do as it costs about 20 Euro/trip.Grocery stores are near by, but the one that is located next to the bar has better service. Most of hotel staffs are very nice and friendly, except Sophie, the receptionist, as she asked for extra money for coffee/hot chocolate which we had been offered for free daily since the day we arrived. One of the receptionist CAN'T speak English at all,which is a very big problem for customers who can't speak French like us. We were asked to pay for the room when we were checking out, which was quite strange as we had already paid the whole sum via Hotels.com. It was a shame to show our proof of the payment in front of other customers while we were living the room's key at the front desk. The hotel might have very bad connection with Hotels.com because we had already paid for the hotel 2 days before we arrived (money had been takekn directly from our account), we stayed at the hotel for 5 nights, and on the checking out day, the hotel still had not received the payment from Hotels.com. Other than the problem about room payment, everything was fine. But, we probably not go back to stay at this hotel again.

trés bon séjour une super chambre & salle de bain & avec petit déjeuner et une super nuit aprés une journée shopping lit trés confortable...

Très correct pour une nuit et proche du stade de France à la sortie des concerts . Personnel pas très agréable . Mais chambre propre . Pas de clim l'été ça c dur mais avis plutôt bon .

Al bij aankomst ging het mis, mijn boeking stond als reservering bekend. Dus moest ik nog betalen, dus een 2e keer betaald. Is later netjes teruggeboekt door hotels.com. De kamer zag er goed uit, bed was heerlijk, douche ook, alleen het toilet trok niet goed door, ook lag er een plas water voor de kamer bij binnenkomst... Al met al had het de nodige negatieve punten maar waren we toch wel enigszins tevreden omdat we wel lekker geslapen hadden. Was alleen te moe om de moeite te nemen om een andere kamer zonder deze gebreken te vragen.
