Nice to have a friendly face greet you after a long day! The staff here, and most of all - the blond female bartender - really went the extra mile to make guests feel good. My only complaint: breakfast was listed as starting at 6:30am - but "hot breakfast" starts at 7am. I had an early flight, arrived for breakfast at 6:30am, but only thing available was Oatmeal (not bad). Server said I needed to wait until 7am for eggs, bisquits and gravy, sausage patties, etc.

We stayed here for the Elton John concert at Bridgestone. Everything at this hotel was great! I espcecially enjoyed the free popcorn and drinks, free happy hour with food and the free breakfast and the food was very good! Location was great. It was easy to get into downtown Nasville as well as Cool Spring Galleria and Greenhills mall for shopping. The room was extremely clean and well stocked. It was just a great experience.

Love this place. Clean and cozy

The hotel is brand new so everything was in order and top notch. The area is nice..lots of shopping and restaurants. Overall good exp.

Free dinner and breakfast. Clean rooms. Hot tub pool. Yay

This is our second visit to this hotel. We like to stay here. The beds are nice and firm.

Convenient to downtown. Very clean. My kids loved the free breakfast in the mornings, they had lots of choices not just the usual cold muffin, and the afternoon popcorn was also a hit. We will definitely stay again the next time we visit the area.

Enjoyed the breakfast and the evening food. The pool is very nice being an indoor/outdoor pool. The hot tub is big and both were very busy over our trip. Everything is still nice in the lobby and hallways. We thought the room was a little small for the price.

Absolutely loved the free popcorn, small eats, and mixed drinks at 5:30 each day! The heated pool was perfect for the kids during cold, snowy weather. Wish the towels in the room were softer and thicker; not very absorbent or plush. Perfectly located near shops and restaurants. We would most definitely stay there again, and recommend to friends!

This beautiful, new hotel is simply awesome. The fit and finish of the room is very high quality. Beautiful marble tiled bathroom with wonderful showerhead. Comfy bed, delicious breakfast, happy hour with free drinks, and very friendly staff. 5 stars!

This was a great hotel! We were in town for a dog show and this was an awesome place for our short trip. The rooms were bigger than most and well-decorated. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean and the service was great. We enjoyed having he convenience of the full breakfast and evening meal on site. Even though this hotel was a little more than some others in the area, the quality and extras more than made up for the higher cost. What a great hotel and dog-friendly with no extra fees! There is nothing negative I could say about our experience.

The hotel location is great, close enough to downtown Nashville to enjoy opportunities in the city, but also in an area to enjoy the countryside around Franklin. The hotel staff couldn't have been nicer and the entire facility was sparkling clean. The amenities of complimentary food and beverages in the afternoon as well as breakfast made our stay nice. I would recommend this hotel.

Stay was just ok. Not enough elevators so wait times were very excessive. Don't chose a floor you can't do the stairs to get to and from otherwise you'll be having to change your plans to accommodate the elevator wait times. Furnishings in the room were on the cheap side. Probably wouldn't stay there again, other easier to access hotels with better services in the area.

We stayed there for two nights, and it was great. The room was a good size, the bathroom was well designed and did not feel cramped. The hotel is clean and well kept. The breakfast was hot and well prepared, far more than the usual bagel and pastries. The evening Kickback was a meal in itself, not including the free drinks. The staff was friendly; we decided to leave a night early due to an approaching storm on our drive home, and the front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating. The waitstaff was also friendly and extremely helpful. In the nearby shopping district, there is every store imaginable-both big national chains and smaller local shops. Access to the interstate was convenient, and it is but a 15 minute drive into Nashville. All in all, if we return to Nashville, I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

The receptionist were awesome. I loved the shower lol

Very pleased. This new hotel was in a great part of town near restaurants and shopping and they had a killer breakfast in the morning. Will definitely stay again next time through town.

We were very impressed with the hotel and its staff. We will definetly stay there again!

This hotel cost a little more than the Hampton Inn type hotels, but the facilities and the service is far superior. We stayed there while visiting family during Christmas. The hotel was immaculate and the indoor outdoor pool was perfect for our grandchildren. The feature that really shows this hotel chain is interested in their customers would be the included breakfast. Compared to the mid priced breakfast included hotels, this place beats them completely. The food was excellent and it even a friendly helpful staff. I recommend this Hotel completely.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff. The free breakfast was good and the free wifi was a nice to have as well. I'll definitely plan on staying again when I'm back in town.

New hotel with very comfortable beds and rooms. The breakfast was large and the usual fare. Short walk to Whole Foods, brew pub, and restaurants nearby. Very friendly front desk and very pet friendly. Will stay here again the next time we are in town.

Place was amazing. I suggest u go asap because the rates r def going to go up. The offered a happy hour everyday w/ 3 free drinks pp and food. Breakfast was awesome. Rooms nice and very clean.

It was great! Check in was so easy and smooth. We got 3 free drinks every night of our stay...each. The room was so clean and the bathrooms were amazing! This is a brand new hotel so the hotel had that brand new feel to it. The location was perfect for us because we had family in Franklin. The breakfast was unbelievable for this "3 star" hotel. Quality was average but the variety and quantity was great. I hope Drury maintains this level of quality. This hotel was just so comfortable and I would definitely stay here again next time we visit family.

We stay at Drury chain all the time. We've stayed in Baton Rouge, San Antonio, Birmingham, etc. (many on more than one occasion.) While all of the Drury chain stays we've had have been amazing, this was the best one by far. They were even more family friendly than previous ones, they not only had the standard Drury kickback & breakfast, they supplemented the menus with additional items. Also, their dining room & sitting areas were much more restaurant like. Their pool area was truly a family room with pets and everyone welcome! Their staff was so friendly & helpful as well. I only stayed here as an overnight for a long road trip, but have already started planning a trip back to the area just based on my stay there!!

Just about the nicest place we ever stayed.

Family thanksgiving stay which totaled 4 rooms with people arriving on different days. The front desk took care of everything - getting all the rooms close together and check in was a breeze for everyone. This is a new hotel and everything looks and smells new which is a pleasant surprise. We had one family member that was at another nearby hotel that moved from that hotel to the Drury after seeing our room and price! I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Had a great time

The room was amazing with separate living room. Breakfast could have been better. Great presentation, it looked elegant, but when the lids were opened the eggs were powdered, no flavored creamer for coffee.

Room was extremely clean. Gorgeous hotel. Manager's Reception every night from 5:30-7 which included chicken strips, baked potatoes, macaroni, chili, salad, fountain drinks. You also get a card at check-in which entitles you to 3 free cocktails each night you are there. Free hot breakfast in the morning. Shampoo/conditioner/bath gel dispenser mounted on the shower wall. Easy access to interstate-close to shopping/restaurants.

We were very pleased with the hotel. It had all the amenities one woudl want plus all the extras you wouldn't think to ask for. I met up with my college roommate and our children. We were able to stay together, eat together and socialize all while the children were being entertained. They loved the pool, the food was delicious and the hotel was very clean. We all agreed our annual trip would now include this hotel as our top pick.

We stayed one night for a getaway for our anniversary. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The kickback was well organized and hot breakfast was well beyond the standard continental breakfast. Staff at check in and check out were pleasant and helpful. Neighborhood felt safe and hotel was convenient to the Interstate. Would definitly stay there again and recommend to friends.
