Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Marion Northeast - מריון

I was given a room right next to the elevator, very noisy. They moved me and all was well!!

This is the nicest HIE I have ever been in. Guys at the front desk were awesome. Breakfast in the morning was great.

The hotel was in terrific shape. The problem was road construction on the interstate to get there.

This was a quick overnight stay after a concert but I was tempted to stay the weekend. The hotel is new and everything about it is first rate. Room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was the same. My only complaint about the bathroom is one I have with most hotels. The light & fan are on the same switch which is most annoying. Most of the time there is no need for a fan and not having separate control is ridiculous. One of the best improvements I found were the electrical outlets by the bedside table. There were 2 separate outlets with 2 plugs each located on the wall right above the table. This meant easy access for 2 cell phones and no searching for outlets. There were also additional outlets on the desk for computer. Every hotel should be this easy. The hotel was right off the interstate, easy to find and only about 10 minutes from the venue. It is also very close to the main shopping mall and many restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

It needed a little maintenance on the carpet but overall a great stay beautiful room would request not to be next to stairwell the door was a little loud

I love staying at this hotel! Tim at the front desk is super friendly, the rooms are clean and new, and the location is perfect.

It was a nice hotel and nice room for $100 with tax and everything. Can't beat it.

Very attractively decorated room with comfortable bedding. Loved everything about this hotel and friendly staff. There are no restaurants within walking distance but a short drive has several choices. Lovely breakfast.

I have stayed at your location before, while traveling to see family. We checked in at 1 a.m. in the morning and had to WAIT for the night attendant to hang up from what seemed to be a personal phone call. Then not even a welcome. In the past we have found your staff to be so personable so you can imagine my shock. The rest of our stay was tainted by the less than professional treatment. I think we may be trying another hotel in Marion on our way back.

Next trip north, we will stay there again.

Conveniently located right off I-57 with plenty of restaurants and stores immediately around it. Great breakfast included in the room price. When was the last time you stayed at a hotel that had scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage as part of its free breakfast? We just did! And pet-friendly too!

Great place nice and clean and very nice staff!

VERY COMFORTABLE

We have always stayed at this Holiday Inn Express when we visited our daughter in Carbondale. Imagine our surprise when we drove up to the hotel's old location only to find out it was a Best Western. However the lady at the desk steered us to the new location. My only complaint that was resolved fairly quickly.

The room was spotless on a quiet floor. Breakfast was absolutely great and satisfying. The staff was professional, kind and courteous. All hotels in the area should pattern themselves behind this one ...highly recommended! "Symplyg"

This was a brand new hotel and everything was new and fresh. The morning free breakfast was delicious and the rates were competive. We were very impressed and will stay there if ever in the area again.

well on the most part it was great but it advertised swimming pool but was told not available still working on it the thought of not being able to cool off in the pool when it was close to 100 degrees was disheartening. im glad my grandson didnt accompany me because it would be very hard to have an 8 year old sit in the room because he couldnt play in the pool. but the hot breakfast was one of the best ive had in any stay at other places everyone was very friendly and able to help with local eateries and such i would stay here again

I went to visit my mom who lives 8 hours away from me. I had 3 children under the age of 10 who I promised with every "are we there yet?" That they could swim as soon as we got to the hotel. There was a pool advertised which helped me choose this hotel, however upon arrival we were informed it was still under construction. Be sure its completed before booking if you plan on using it.

This was my first time to Marion, IL and was visiting family. The location was next to a Minor League Ball Park and there was a concert, but the room was sufficiently insulated that I was not able to hear the music without leaving the hotel. Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay.

We were completely satisfied with our stay! It was such a clean hotel and the breakfast was awesome!

the stay was good, clean rooms, but for the hotel to be brand new (2 weeks) no towel rack in the bath room and the reading light on the bed was broke. the swimming pool was not ready but other than that the stay was good.

New hotel...humming in room...a few bugs to work out. Overall happy with value!

Brand spanking new; pool wasn't even operational, yet. Everything was good, good, good. Wonderful staff, even though they were still learning.
