It was all fine except the bathroom door had a terrible squeak. It never did get fixed after asking twice to have it done. We even asked for WD40 from the front desk but that didn't help either.

First there was a problem with the rates-slight discrepancy with the fees quoted by the Hotel.com rep. Second..it was supposed to be 2 suites with microwave & fridge but they were standard rooms which the hotel would not change eventhough it was not full. The breakfast was pretty good, waffles and breakfast sandwiches were pretty tasty! The staff was very nice though

Extremely good hotel and for the money - outstanding. After 16 days on the road in the US this was the best value for money by far

Stayed here for the first time last week because the other hotel where I usually stay was fully booked. This hotel is only a couple of years old. Nice big lobby area. Average size room. There was no soap in my room, and the soda I bought from the vending machine expired two months ago. Watch out for the oil slick in their parking lot. They need to power wash it. Other vehicles have driven over it and allowed it to stain areas of the parking area. Skip the breakfast. The usual make-your-own waffles, cereals, and toast. Hard boiled eggs. Refrigerated & Micro-waveable Jimmy Dean breakfast muffin with almost invisible egg, cheese, and sausage that I probably should have thrown out. Yuck! I suggest you eat breakfast elsewhere. I was not impressed. I will stay at my usual Tulare area hotel when I'm here next time in two weeks.

This is a quite new hotel that is nicely decorated using the decorator's handbook for 1970s colors. It's near the freeway and easy to find. The room with a single King was roomy and very clean. The single bad feature is the bed is lumpy, hard and uncomfortable for sleep. Also, the air conditioning fan switch said high/low but only operates in high mode. That was so loud that I had to turn it off. Nov. isn't warm or cold so this was OK but the room stayed at 75 F all night.

The room was large but not a good use of space- No microwave as listed on Hotel.com amenities. No fridge. Had plenty of room for both. Only one chair for relaxing with no place to put anything next to it- no footstool. Just there in empty space. Just came from Fairfield Inn in Turlock and a world of difference between the two. No hot food with breakfast except waffles- no fruit, Lttle boxes of cereal. Just overall mediocre experience. Room was clean, bathroom was clean- bad space planning overall.

Too close to freeway without adequate sound proofing. Hear freeway noise all night

I travel constantly for business and this was the best value I've seen in yrs. for a hotel and fresh and new as this one. Small, but very well laid out suite. Spotlessly clean. Great service at the front desk. If I have any complaint at all...would like to see more healthy items on the breakfast buffet, but for the price, I can't complain! Great hotel.

Hotel very clean and rooms were excellent. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The bed was very good.

Everything was nice. Newish building, attentive staff. Not exactly close to Sequoia where we were headed, but nothing nearly this nice between this location and the Park.

Stayed here overnight to see the Sequoia's. Loved the hotel and the room itself. Very updated and fresh. Only downside was there's no hot tub and the pool is not heated. Definitely the best hotel in the area. Would definitely stay again!

I travel a lot for work so I've come across a number of hotels that advertise one level of quality/service but deliver another. I was nervous about this place given that it's located in a relatively rural, small town and right next to an interstate highway. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived! The hotel opened only a couple of months ago so everything is new. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The complimentary continental breakfast was very satisfying and was consistently restocked and cleaned. The room was spacious and in contemporary taste and design. There was plenty of free parking. The location is perfect--close to restaurants, fast food, gas, banks, and did I mention, it's right next to the highway entrance (but noise was not an issue at all). Great deal!
