Stags Head Hotel - וינדרמיר

Everything surpassed our expectations. Room clean comfortable and warm (despite it being -5 outside). Staff all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellant and cooked to order. We had read previous reviews about noise but even though we were in a room where we would have expected to hear a lot of noise, we heard very little ( it was mid week though). If the pub had been very noisy and busy we would just have gone down and joined the fun. We will definately return.

It was a nice location and the room was clean and small. However, stay away from this hotel if you wish to sleep at night. There is a bar on the bottom floor. You cannot hear anything from the bar, but when the patrons choose to drink outside, it is LOUD and they stay out there until 2:30 am. The noise of the patrons outside is like having someone in your room shouting at you. That is how loud it is. Perhaps in the winter this is not an issue.
