Awesome Very friendly and good service

We only stayed one night, but hotel was very nice and clean. Really impressed with the breakfast in the morning, definately more than your average breaky. Thanks!

Great hotel. 2 Comments centred around customer service: 1. We stayed there 3 weeks prior, yet they had to ask for my address again! 2. There was a nasty note on the front counter about $200 for towels soiled by makeup - I stated that was a little outrageous - really, they need to remember that without the dance festivals they wouldn't be full - and a nicer message like "Please use makeup removers provided to avoid staining the towels - Thank you" would have been much better.

Love the breakfast! The rooms were clean and the waterslide entertained my kids for hours.

This hotel is very handy for anyone with events at the Dow Centennial Centre in Fort Saskatchewan. It is new with nice amenities.

My parents stayed here on a medical trip to the city and were very impressed with the amenities in the Inn. Also the breakfast in the morning was outstanding. They have already requested to stay there again on their next trip to the city!

It was convenient, as my wife needs a cane to walk, we were given a room close to the elevator.

Kids loved the pool with the waterslide. hotel was very clean, modern and comfortable. Staff were very friendly too. I'd stay here again anytime and breakfast was great, not your typical 'free' breakfast. The only thing I could find wrong was the toilet paper holder was falling off, big deal lol.

Though we were told breakfast opened at 5am it was never ready until after 6 and on one occasion, not unitl 9 am when I came back between meetings. The service was poor, you could not find anyone when you needed them. The desk in my room was broken and even though I had a do not disturb on my door, they came up anyway. The Gym is pitiful with 1 treadmill, one elliptical, a reclined cycle and a boflex type machine. THere was no way to clean the machines either. Top that off with a cold pool and a cold hot tub. I have to spend more time in that town and will definately be staying elsewhere!

This is a very attractive, new, stylish hotel. We had work to do in north east Edmonton and we could access the hotel with a 15 min. drive. Very good breakfast and the staff are especially friendly and helpful. Nice hot tub and the waterslide was fun too.

This is a great place to stay just north of edmonton. The rooms are lovely very nice beds and pillows. Juccuzzi for the wife which she enjoyed every night. Breakfast was included and had everything you could want. Pool was a good size with a slide great if you bring kids. All in all would stay again. Thanks Comfort in for a lovely stay.

Great stay at this hotel! Room felt like noone else had ever been in it! Arrived late in the night for check in and they still helped me bring my bags up and everything! Exceptional staff and great hotel! Breakfast wasn't the best but it wasn't bad. I would recommend this hotel to anyone because of the great rate and awesome beds! Really have to figure out where I can buy one of those beds!

The location was great. The front desk went out of his way to help us. Friendly staff. Immaculate rooms. Cleaning was perfect. Water park was amazing. All four kids, 5, 13, 17 & 18 loved it. We travel a lot, but the kids said this hotel was the best they've been to. We highly recommend.

Hotel staff were very helpful and the price was excellent.

The breakfast should be called "cafeteria style" as there were paper plates, plastic cutlery and no server. We even made our own waffles (which tasted really good and weren't that difficult to make). The food was fine, it was just surprising, that's all. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful inside and both front desk people we encountered were very friendly.

We were very pleased with the room, the service, the free breakfast, and the cleanliness of everything. The pool and water slide were a great bonus, and very clean. The price was very low considering all of the convenience. The only drawback was a plugged toilet awaiting us when we got back the second evening, and no one available to work on it. So we had to go get the plunger and perform the maintenance ourselves. That was not a great welcome, but hey, you can't have everything!! Overall, the stay was one of our best, and we would definitely recommend other families to stay at the hotel. Being only 15 minutes from Edmonton allowed us to have a quiet stay while still being close enough to the city for our daily requirements.
