Perfect except - no regular tea for two mornings at breakfast. They should keep a box of Lipton on hand if they can't keep stock of the basic English Breakfast tea.

Our stay was great. The room was clean and nice, and the hotel is located right in the center of a shopping center and a movie theater. Would definitely recommend. Free wifi and breakfast.

True it takes a little longer to get down town DC to see everything but the price that I got on line for a place this nice made it well worth it. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Their full hot breakfast (even made to order omelets) was included. I especially liked that they offered free parking. The hotel was in a nice area with shopping and restaurants close by. The room itself was very very very nice. I will definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area again.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Great breakfast, very clean and comfortable room; very comfortable bed, helpful and courteous employees. The only things I did not like were the difficulty in finding it (the location address is not the same as mailing address-GPS could not find until I called for directions which it then found) and excessive pet cleaning fee. Still I would definitely recommend this hotel.

From start to departure everything about this property was above average! Hyatt does do it right!

very nice staff, ridiculous fee for dog staying one night $75!! Food OK but restaurants around.

My stay here was one of the reasons I love hotels.com. This hotel is very new and I got a terrific deal. I stayed here for one night before a day in DC. The place is very clean, quiet, and has friendly staff. My room was comfortable and much larger than the average hotel room. The location was very close to the highway. Finding the hotel was easy but the parking situation is kind of odd. You wont find signs where to park, the staff said for some reason the city wont allow it. There is a parking garage behind the hotel and you need to park on the 2nd floor and up. The first level is reserved, but again no signs. Other than the parking, I really liked the hotel, the price I paid, and I would go back again.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise - stylish and modern and in a good area.Nice breakfast, and the staff was helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Not sure if all the rooms have these, but ours had a little kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, toaster, even a little cooktop and dishes as well. The only con was finding the hotel. The address or the alternate address on the hotel website does not come up on the GPS, so be prepared. But overall, the hotel was great. I would definitely stay again.

Great atmosphere in a great location. Wonderful and attentive staff, and the room was very comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable, too. Absolutely no complaints at all.

The Hyatt House was beautiful!! The only downfall is that the surrounding area did not have much to offer.

Very good Quality of service ie room service and breakfast. Did not show address on GPS. Other than that it was a good hotel. I like it.

Thrilled with the quality of this hotel for the prove. Conveniently located in a new development filled with delicious restaurants and good shopping. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful 24 hours a day, and the rooms were large and comfortable with every amenity you could expect and some that you wouldn't. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is new and located in such a nice area. We can walk to metro and target is just next to it. There are few good restaurents in the area so we don't need to drive anywhere. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hyatt House was a completely wonderful place to stay for the week-end. Top notch service and comfort that I have not experienced in a while in my travels!

Excellent hotel and friendly staff. the breakfast was very nice and the rooms were very clean and i would definetly would stay again. one flaw: wake up call was made to my room couple of times very early in the morning...but they apologized for it.

Wow! What a pleasant surprise. The hotel was immaculate, the staff incredibly helpful and breakfast was great. Our only disappointment was that we stayed for only one night! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a place to stay in the D.C. area with proximity to the Metro.

Perfect location, clean room, great breakfast and over-all service. Only negative was the A/C system - didn't maintain the room temperature consistently.

Great amenities, location and service for the price. This used to be a residence inn which was converted so the rooms are very well equipped. Everything is new. rooms well kept. An awesome French bakery just beside the hotel. Walking distance within a block to great restaurants and shops.

It's wonderful and an incredible experienced.
