Hampton Inn & Suites Orlando Airport at Gateway Village - אורלנדו

Excellent. Close to the airport for an early morning flight. Many restaurants nearby. Took advantage of shuttle to and from the airport.

I love Hampton Inn- generally they are so consistent. I have stayed at many. This location was particularly nice (and at a great price, too): the hot breakfast was extensive, the free wireless internet was fast, the bed was super comfy and the room was immaculately clean. But what really impressed me was the level of service. I went out to dinner only to discover that my wallet was missing, and I couldn't remember if I had left it in my room or not. Allie went up to my room to look for it, found it, retrieved it, and OFFERED to come bring it to me where I was!!! Wow. I guess there's something to this whole "Hamptonality" thing. I will never stay anywhere else on my road trips!

Our greeting at reception was particularly friendly and helpful, and the two rooms we had booked were adjacent and spotlessly clean with King-size beds. The hotel is relatively isolated (being near the airport), but there are some restaurants close-by: we elected to stay in and have a pizza delivered which was excellent. Cooked breakfast was of high quality. This hotel is ideal for accommodating friends or family arriving at Orlando, prior to a long car drive the next day. We would certainly stay there again.

We were so impressed we stayed here on our first night of arrival and then made arrangements to stay again the night before we left. Very convenient location, easy access and top notch facility.

Excellent hotel

Hotel is close to airport; it is clean and modern. However, the staff isn't really that nice or professional. We asked for a wake up call and to be put on the shuttle list for the next day; neither happened. When we got to the shuttle, the driver was put out that we weren't on the list and insinuated that we were lying. When my husband went inside to talk to the woman at reception, she thought he was the driver. She was the one that had checked us in the night before and had not put us on the list nor gotten our wake up call. They seemed unorganized and were not very friendly. There are a ton of hotels in that area so not sure that we'd stay there again.

We stayed here with our preschooler and toddler. We got in pretty late (11pm) and were so glad to have a clean comfortable room ready for us. My daughter said: "these blankets are so cuddly!" The breakfast (included) was amazing!! So much food and it was really good. Also great because it went until 10am. Waffles, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, cereals, breads/bagels/muffins, beverages, fresh fruit, etc. The hotel did not have room service but we were able to order late night pizza from a local pizzeria.

My husband and I loved it there, can't wait to come back in August, just waiting to catch a good deal to book hotel stay, everyone was very friendly, shout out to Lisa who was a great help, and thanks for the coupon for the bang bang shrimp lol can't wait to return...

This hotel had so many great things to do in it and around it. The staff was so professional and enthusiastic about the guest. I recommend this hotel to everyone and you won't be disappointed. I am going to use the hotel everytime I go to Orlando.

Great loved it!

Extremely large king room. Breakfast was fine, scrambled eggs and sausage as well as the usual items. Orange juice was good. Free tea and coffee all day. Walking distance to a few restaurants.

The stay was comfortable and relaxing. Very new hotel, nicely kept, in a convenient location, especially close to the airport with a shuttle to and from the airport. Nice restaurants are in walking distance, and to get on I-4 is quite easy. Is in keeping with the usual Hampton Inn hospitality. I always use Hampton Inn whenever I travel.

We stayed here because we had an early morning flight. Hotel was great. Lobby was light filled and welcoming. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool area was very attractive and comfortable. Room was terrific. Loved the shower!

comfort and conveince, lovely breakfast area, good food for breakfast, comfortable bed, clean linens, all in all, a wonderful hotel. no wonder we love Hampton inns.

Stayed here for one night before our return flight home. We really enjoyed our stay here. Everyone was very pleasant. They let us check in a bit early. Was very easy to get a crib for our room. The room (2 queens, with studio suite) was nice and large. Great desk area and flat screen TV. Loved the new white duvet covers that they change for every guest. Beds were decently comfortable. There was a little jet noise, but nothing that was loud enough to keep us awake. I thought the rooms seemed pretty quiet actually. And the pool was a fun treat for our girls, with nice fluffy towels ready by the pool entrance. The only complaint I have is with the restaurants in the area. We tried lunch at the Tony Roma's but my husband noticed a cockroach crawling under the table right after we placed our order so we left and went next door to Sonny's BBQ. Blech! That was some of the worst BBQ I have ever eaten. All of the food there just tasted wrong! Our dinner at Longhorn, however, was very good.

Typical Hampton Inn = excellent! Convenient to resturants, too.

Class A comfortable king bed and linens. Immaculate room... Lots of space and seating. Shower only, would've liked to have had a tub. Would definitely stay here again.

The stay exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed. We arrived early on check in day around 9:30. I didn't expect to get a room until later, but sure enough the hotel manager found a way to accommodate us. She even gave us breakfast which we really weren't entitled to. Later in the day we decided to do some laundry. We fully expected to have to pay for detergent and fabric softner, but we came to find they were offered complimentary. Over and over we were delighted. There is no doubt we will choose Hampton again!

Not great needs sound proof rooms you can hear everything in the mornings. Terrible gap between floor and door

Apparently choosing this newer Hampton Inn over the other Hampton Inn across the road was a poor choice. Long wait for shuttle, dirty walls, dusty rooms, lack of breakfast service & choices, and not even the nightly cookies that the chain is known for. This "new" hotel was lacking in every area. Very disappointing.

airport shuttle was late twice. Requested 5:30am shuttle and pack and play at 11 am. Had to go to desk at 6pm and found they forgot to send up pack and play or put us on the list for shuttle. Requested two queen beds for both nights got kingsize first night. Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, need to work on cust. service

Great Location to get to airport. Lots of Food all around with many witin walking distance. Also many discounts to local restaurants within walking distance.

Everything I expect from the Hilton chain... clean, roomy, attentive staff... location is very close to airport, and plenty of nice places to eat within walking distance...

The staff were very helpful in offering suggestions about our next morning 5:00am car rental return, and providing a wake up call. The location is wonderful for ease of airport access, especially for travelers such as us with a very early flight schedule. Our only issue was finding the hotel initially because it was so new our GPS could not locate it. Fortunately I had printed out a small map from the hotel reservations page, which listed adjacent streets, and found by our GPS. Very clean room!

Fantastic stay...staff were great and the accomodations were 5 star.Will use this facility in the future.

Very pleased, being a new hotel, the service was outstanding as was my room. I had a King Suite which was spacious and well appointed.

Very nice would definitely use again, however no more free parking as other neighborhood hotels allowed for few days if you stayed one night.

I was very surprised at how modern and nice this hotel was. Very clean and staff was super friendly. I would recommend this place especially to the business traveler.

front desk staff especially Ally very good first impression of the hotel...easy to get to and very close to airport as had to return car..room very clean and good size, bed very comfortable, close to a few nice restaurants but go early to those as fill very quickly around 6-630 pm....i like the availability of coffe or tea in lobby area 24 hrs od..all in all very nice and good value ...breakfast had nice selections but the omlettes were the premade ones on buffet.

After a long drive that should have only been 2 hours, turning into 4 hours, it was nice to be greeted and sent up to a spacious room that was comfortable. I got the accessible room because the restrooms are usually larger and the tub walls are usually shorter. The only thing wrong with the accessible bathroom was the the vanity was not so accessible for someone in a chair. It was way to high. Had my child been with me, he would fit great under the vanity but would not have been able to use the sink or even possibly see in the mirror! So, other than that one detail, I would most certainly stay in that hotel again. OH...not to mention that the continental breakfast was absolutely delicious!!!!

The reviews about the appearance and like-new condition of the property were true; very clean, orderly room right across from the elevator. The front desk staff and the shuttle drivers were courteous and friendly; breakfast is served but my wife wanted sausage or bacon which isn't on the breakfast bar. We were on the 4th floor & jet noise was present although not a huge problem. Only 5-6 minutes from the airport.Will definitely stay again. .

We were very happy with the room. Close to the airport. Quite and comfortable.

Recently opened. Flew into Orlando late Friday night 11:30 PM, called the hotel and they sent a driver who arrived in 10 minutes. The next day we walked to the rental car company (driver said they would drive us anywhere within 3 miles but we wanted to walk). Breakfast was good and all the staff was excellent!
