ibis Hong Kong Central And Sheung Wan - הונג קונג

Stayed 1 night after arriving late. Comfortable, clean rooms. Bed a bit hard. Good friendly service. Breakfast buffet ok, but hot food was cold.

The room is clean, new and bright. Room size is normal, not the typical tiny room in other hotels in HKG. It is located near to the ferry terminal and the airport/ iFC mall which makes it rather convenient. I would definitely stay in this hotel again for the comfortness.

The hotel was well located, excellent service and cleanliness, and very good value for money. The real breath-taker though was the view from our room. The room faced directly only the TST waterfront, opposite the impressive ICC building. The view at night particularly was amazing. I would stay here again in a flash.

Best budget hotel I stayed in HK. Studio is a massive room for HK standards. No frills but functional. Will be back.

great hotel at decent price.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, this is a nice new hotel, the rooms are not huge, but well arranged and comfortable and if you are on the upper floors facing the harbour, you get a lovely view of the ICC Tower and West Kowloon.

The hotel was good, the service really quick, they have a 15 minutes response and they do it, but there are three things, I stayed 6 nights, the first day they asked if I do not mind to change my room for a handicap one and they said that is was the same thing but with handles everywhere, that is a big lie do not change the room if they say that it is different, it is bigger but the bathroom is a mess. The second one is that people take non smoking rooms and they smoke in the hallway, so all the smoke get into your room! so if you smell smoke do not let it pass and if you see someone smoking in the hallway let them know. And the last thing is that people are noisy!! they shout in the hallway, probably I was not lucky but they do not care shouting at 7am in the morning. Anyway the hotel is a good one and the location is not the best but really close to the subway/bus/tram, and the bars and night clubs are just 15 min walk.

just a average ok hotel.

Easy to reach from airport express. !0 minute walk from closest metro. Clean, efficient service. Rooms very functional but small.Breakfast not included but good variety. Would use this again

The best service, people there are really trained to give the best satisfaction to the clients. Will go there again for sure.

it was a good experience to live in ibis& the location is quiet good cos the tram is just near by! Unfortunately, we booked two person but only one set of slippers/ toothbrush...anyway, we will book again next time:)

Breakfast was great but pricey (we only bought it one day and then made our own breakfasts after that. But otherwise it was a great place to stay. The city view rooms come with their own interesting view into other people's apartments. The neighborhood does smell...interesting, but it didn't smell in the hotel at all. The only complaint was the elevators. Some only went to the 5th floor (hotel lobby) and then you had to change to another elevator to go to the ground floor. However, this was minor. Overall we would stay there again.

pretty good as far as getting to booked tours, meeting groups at the Excelsior on HK Island; liked the medicine shops, cafes, and SOHO!

Great stay..very good staff.. Small but very nice rooms,common in h/k..if your there for leisure or shopping, enjoy the ease of the trolley , enjoyed riding it just to see the sites, and it's right out the front door..

Booked this hotel more out of availability and pricing than anything. Very glad we did. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Very clean, good room size and only 5-7 minute walk to the MTR and free in room wifi. Only negative is the bar staff will NOT give you any glasses or ice for your room. Apart from that it's a great base to explore Hong Kong. Free shuttle bus service from Hong Kong MTR to the hotel and back. TIP: Get an "on loan" octopus card. You add as and when you need it. $50 HKG will last 2 days minimum. To Ngong Ping return its only $40 which was the most expensive return journey we made.

Chose Ibis because of our previous experiences with Ibis in Europe. Clean, not presumptuous, got a good night's rest. Best thing was its location. The bus stop to the airport was right accross the street. Our room was fairly small, but it was on the top floor (32nd) of the hotel with a beautiful view of the ocean and the streets below. There was a restaurant on the third floor, quite suitable and also not expensive. We definitely got our money's worth.

Will never return to this hotel. Bad service and the room and hotel overall cleaness was poorly kept. For the price which I paid, I did not get the service which was described on the website.

No hotel lobby on ground floor. Must take elevator to 5th floor to check in and out. Not all elevators access the ground floor. If you are leaving your room, you must take an elevator that stops on 5th floor, change elevator, and then go to ground floor. Very inconvenient. Room is very small. One foot of closet space without doors. No drawers for clothes. Bathroom is small but do able. Didn't have toilet paper for the last 3 days of our stay. Housekeeping gave us boxes of facial tissue paper as a substitute.

Good hotel in good location at reasonable price.

The hotel is a brand new hotel and the facilites were in tip top condition. Having complimentary wifi is a great plus for the hotel. However, the service can be improved. While I appreciate the enthusiasm of the relatively younger staff, they need to be trained to know how to repond appropriately to customers needs. My request for a change of room from cityview room to harbour view room was curtly met with a "we fully booked". I checked 2 hours later with another staff on room availability and was told there were many rooms and I could change for an additional charge. My request for late check out to 3pm was initially met with a we are "fully booked" response. I checked with another staff 2 hours later only to be told that there is an extra half day charge. The coffee and tea, creamer and sugar are 'damp' and 'lumpy'. When I howed it to the housekeeping staff, she just stared blankly and tried explaining that is is normal.

Basic but beatutiful hotel with stunning views of Hong Kong bay and close to Central business district

The Ibis Hotel in Sheung Wan is in a great location and we had a very comfortable room of a good size. The check-in was easy, and even though there were lots of people staying there at the same time, we never heard them or had long lines within the hotel. I would go again.

Enough comfort for a business trip with decent Internet and in room facilities. The breakfast is great and the staff are VERY helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice and clean hotel. New construction, so all the modern amenities are there, but at a value level. Perfect for the person who wants a nice and comfortable place to come back to at night and sleep. Room is not large, but is just right for two people. Overall, I will surely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Hong Kong. Also, the public bus to the airport is just across the street from the hotel, leaving every 20 minutes and quite afforable also.

We stayed here for four nights and were very happy with the hotel. It's well located (just west of Central) near a ton of restaurants and other convenient amenities like laundry and corner stores. You should know that ibis rooms can be the size of postage stamps and the AC wasn't very responsive (especially given the room size), but the price more than made up for it. This place is a good stay and a great value!

Stayed here 4 nights. New hotel and nice location. Abt 10min slow stroll to Sheung Wan MTR. Wld recommend it to business or leisure travellers.

Smart hotel not far from Western Market and Sheung Wan metro. Also trams stop nearby. Free internet access is available in the lobby. Clean, comfortable rooms have a safe, hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities and there is free internet access in lobby. Reception staff are friendly and speak English. I would be very happy to stay here again.

Nicely located near the Macao Ferry Terminal, brand new hotel that taxi drivers don't know yet, so bring a hotel business card. Basic services, but very friendly and efficient front-office staff, however quite steeply priced for the relative basic accomodation.

This hotel is very new and it's still has a very strong smell that makes you feel that you are sleeping in a construction site (really not a nice feeling). I asked for my room to be changed 3 times in order to get a room that was less unbearable ( i couldn't breath in the first 2 rooms).I asked for a airfreshener 3 times and never got any so i ended up getting my own in order to be able to sleep.The room has a good size in HK standards and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is fantastic, few minutes away from Man Ho temple and you can take the tram to take you to Central/ Hong Kong station, which is very enjoyable and half the price of the MTR. I didn't try their breakfast as there are many cheap options around the hotel and with a more local feel. Most of the staff was very nice and helpful.

3박 4일동안 "이비스 홍콩 센트럴 & 셩완"에서 묶었습니다. 이번에 홍콩 두번 째 여행인데, 위치적으로나 내부 청결도 면에서나 모두 만족했습니다. 후기들을 보고 결정한 것이라서 걱정되는 부분도 있었는데, 호텔 바로 앞에 트램이 있어서 교통도 편리하고, 얼마 안된 호텔이라서 그런지 너무 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 다음 번에 홍콩 여행할 기회가 되면 또 한번 이용할 의사 있습니다!!

個人旅行で2泊しました。　築年数もそんなにたっていないせいか部屋はきれいでしたが、シャワールームが狭かったです。フロントスタッフも日本語は不可でしたが、とても親切に対応してくれた。次回も利用したいです。価格のわりにお勧めです。

기대없이 찾아갔지만 구룡반도를 정면으로 바라볼 수 있는 뛰어난 야경에 감탄을 금치 못함! 샤워부스에 물이 잘 안빠지는 구조로 공사되어 와이프가 다소 불편해 했지만! 깔끔한 객실과 뛰어난 뷰는 가격대비 최고인 듯!

ツインルームでバスタブなしのシャワールームタイプのお部屋でした。お部屋は全体的にきれい。海とリッツカールトンホテルが真正面に見えて朝気持ちよく目覚めることができました。広さも二人の荷物をスーツケースを広げたらいっぱいになるくらいですが、大きな不満はないです。しかしシャワールームの水はけが悪く出しっぱなしで洗っていると足が浸ってしまいます。立地も悪くないですが、観光の途中に休憩で帰ったりはできませんでした。朝出て夜帰る方には、最適だと思われます。ホテル周辺にも飲茶の有名店やコンビニ、スタバ、ワインショップがあり不自由しませんでした。
