Country Inn and Suites Buffalo South - ווסט סנקה

Overall i will rate this hotel as 2. The reasons are 1. Since its a new building most of the GPS dont pick block B and there is no indication of the hotel. We see a direction board for staybridge hotel but not country inn. It took me extra 15 minutes to find the hotel. 2) My room service has not been done, we specifically told the room service guys outside to please do the room service, but they didn't do that and when i inquire at the front desk, she told , she dont know anything abt it and she was not that helpful. 3) The front desk girl, in the evening shift is always busy on computer even while assisting us. 4) With all this said, the positive side is its very near to interstate 90, they have a good breakfast in the morning with extended hours...

The only issue we have is to find the hotel. We miss the exit because there is no sign on the main road indicating the hotel. Very clean, comfortable and enough amenities. The breakfast was superb. If I visit this city will definitely stay again.

We had had a long day of driving when we pulled in at the Comfort Suites. Everything was just as we hoped, clean, we'll-appointed and friendly.

This hotel was fine for the price. My husband thought the bed was a bit too firm and his back suffered from it. Overall everything was satisfactory but not exceptional.

Overall impression of the hotel was great. Recently built so all amenities are new and clean. Easy check in and out. Well worth the price!

Room was nice. Hotel was new in last year, so still in great condition. Room was King, but not a suite. Be sure to look for that if you are expecting 2 rooms vs normal size hotel room. Refrigerator and micro are in cabinet under TV (small). There is an indoor pool, but we did not use. The breakfast bar is nice, just above continental type. Be sure to have in mind where you will have dinner. We found it difficult to find a place to eat that was close. Actually found best meal to be at the major grocery store close to there (great sub sandwiches!) . Be careful getting back on to freeway from there. It is easy to get on/off, but easy to get on wrong direction.

It was very comfortable until the am when we found that the hotel was experiencing difficulties with the hot water. But the management was very gracious and offered us a free night stay the next time we passed through the area because of the inconvenience we experienced

This is a great place to stay at a reasonable price. Wiil search for the same hotels in different cities when traveling.

Overall the hotel is very nice, opened in 2012 so everything is new and clean. It's about a 10 minute drive from Walden Galleria, there is a wegmans near by, but nothing else really, We would have liked a restaurant or something to walk to at times. The hotel is right next to the highway which does make it a little noisy at night. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed including a fridge and microwave. Breakfast was decent Bagels, oatmeal, waffles, eggs, etc.

Hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. The place was very homey and comfortable. My brother stayed at another hotel close by since this hotel was sold out. We saw a huge difference between the two hotels. Ours was definitely more clean and homey.

The room was good. We got up to shower in the morning and there was no hot water. We needed to be at my daughters college graduation early. We were not happy. The water was freezing and we could not shower. We had to heat water in the coffee maker to wash.

I really enjoyed my stay. From the fresh fruit and chocolate-chip cookies at the front desk to the free hot breakfast in the morning- this hotel is great. The staff is friendly and pleasant and everything is brand-new. The room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

Staff was extremely courteous and attentive. Hotel was comfortable and very well maintained.

It was a very nice hotel, however, the water in the shower never got beyond lukewarm. Also, I inquired about a late check out(or simply just an extra hour to cover any chance of being late)and was given a less-than-friendly reply that they can hold our luggage in a room behind the counter.. Overall it was a very nice hotel with good amenities.

Excellent hotel. Very inviting lobby and dining area, felt like "home". Spacious room, beautiful bathroom with immense walk-in shower. Immediately off interstate exit. Centrally located to family and friends. Wegmans, the most amazing grocery store, right across the street.

The staff was professional, the room and hotel was super clean, the bed was comfortable and breakfast was excellent! Will definitely stay there again!

The hotel was in excellent condition and the employees were very accommodating. The large breakfast selection was fresh and tasty. I will always use Country Inn & Suites for future hotel needs.

Can't believe we got three nights for just over $300 total. We were blown away when we saw the room. Just the basics, but in a good way. Great continental breakfast (best I've personally ever seen). Didn't use the pool or gym but both looked nice. Service was great. About 10-15 minutes from the Galleria. If you are traveling to Buffalo I really recommend it!

This is a good hotel and a great value. If you are anything of a foodie, get ready to drive. I have found downtown Buffalo to be a place with many excellent food offerings. Once outside of the city, the opportunities are harder to come by. This, unfortunately, is particularly true in West Seneca. If, on the other hand, food for you is more about quantity than quality, this is a great place to stay.

This new property is superb. My only problem was finding it as the signage is difficult to see.

We went to Buffalo to see the Habs/Sabres game. This hotel is located about a 10 minute drive from the arena. Our GPS found the hotel address easily...but the signage at the entrance was missed as it was on the ground. There is another major hotel right beside this one and its sign is up high and visible. The room was great and the beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was good and everyone enjoyed the pool and the free WiFi !

The entire hotel was clean and well maintained. The breakfast had a good variety and was well stocked. The location was a bit difficult to find.

This hotel is beautiful, but very hard to see at night!! also not close to anything. If you are simply looking for a nice place to stay, this is it. If you want to go anywhere,it is a long drive, and we were there on a terrible snowy night!!

Our grandsons enjoyed the pool. The workout room was very nice.

The hotel was great value for money and situated in a good spot close to the highway. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was good with more choice than expected and the room was a good size, very clean with a big and comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was great. Pool clean. Roomsfantastic. Even thestaffwere pleasant. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was well staffed, very clean and close to great shopping malls. Plus the complimentary chocolate chip cookies at the concierge were a hit after a long car ride! The hotel is new and has nice sized rooms.

We stayed here on 2/23/13 when we attended a Buffalo Sabres hockey game. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes from the First Niagara Arena and was easy to find. We have never stayed at Country Inn and Suites but were very satisfied. This is a newer hotel and it looks it. Our room was very clean and spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel staff was pleasant and welcoming. They also serve a free breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a little trouble finding the entrance, good thing for the GPS. The hotel was very clean, room was very nice and the bed confortable.

We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed that our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4pm when check-in is at 3pm. We came back again at 6:30pm and it was finally ready but there was no apologies from the front desk lady. We were from Canada and had had a very long day. Other than that the hotel was nice and clean.

One of the best stay in these few years

Great,we stay around 50 nights in motels a year. this hotel rates in the top 2 or 3 will stay there next year. Thanks Staff

This hotel was MINUTES from downtown Buffalo (just off the main freeway), very clean, extremely friendly, helpful staff. There isn't much around there, however there is a 24 hour grocery store across the street as well as some decent restaurants around the corner -- still, it's only a hop, skip & a jump to downtown for the nightlife and events there at a fraction of the price of downtown hotels. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Hotel was VERY clean. Rooms were nice. Staff helpful and friendly. Breakfast was typical but staff really kept the buffet area clean and stocked which was great. Would definately stay again.

Enjoyed the stay, the hotel is really nice. The continental breakfast isn't the best, but it's free so I didn't complain. The hotel itself is extremely hard to find, there isn't a big sign out near the road and it's directly next to another hotel so I was confused trying to find it. The rooms and the bathroom was very clean it still had the new smell to it. The only problem with my room was the fridge was very wobbly which was annoying. Over all it was a great stay.

Will definitely stay here for any other concerts I attend in buffalo or even just for shopping. Excellent service. Just wish there was more parking spots. I had to park at the other hotels parking lot

Beside the fact that the pool was a little cloudy and the sheets soewhat scratchy it was great

Hotel had a nice atmosphere, contemporary but cozy. Coffee,tea and cookies in the foyer. The breakfast was decent with plenty of variety, especially for being included in the price. Unfortunately our room backed onto the elevator an we could hear it well after midnight and then early in the morning. I asked if we could move for the second night and the staff was very accommodating. Within an hour we moved down the hall to a much quieter room. The staff was helpful with dining suggestions and where to shop. The closeness to the freeway was convenient but a little noisy at night.
