The only problem we had was very minor and the staff remedied it quickly - a bad remote control. We would've liked more offerings for breakfast - we did have to go out for that.

It was a very good experience for two nights. Professional staff, new facility, modern and clean. Great gym and pool area. Typical hotel breakfast but the coffee/tea are 24/7. Perfect location. We will return for sure.

We stayed here two nights to attend a family reunion. We have triplets and brought Grandma. The rooms were spacious with a sofabed that allowed 6 to sleep. Very soft bed linens. Rooms have a full size kitchen (minus stove but you can request a cooktop) which was amazing. My only complaint was the breakfast set up is very congested, but that's a minor fix. Also could use stronger black out window covering, but also another minor point. Super clean, very friendly staff and nicely updated decor. Outstanding hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We had such a great expirenece at this hotel! My husband and I were nervous about staying in a hotel with our 5 month old, but as soon as we walked into our room we knew there was nothing to worry about! All the amenities the room provides made our trip hassle free from the kitchen sick to clean bottles to the fridge to help keep little ones food cool. The room was super clean, comfy and there was a port a crib available as well. Next time we come to Frisco, we will be staying here! Great hotel for the price!

We had a great stay and had to add an extra day and the hotel made it happen where we could keep our same room. Even though they were very booked for that time. Great service! Will gladly stay there again.

We loved this hotel and the staff! Clean, modern and well-located. Be aware, however, that it is not your typical American-style luxury hotel. If I had to guess at the style, I would say it is modern European. To be specific, it is a bit like staying in an Ikea. In fact I'm sure I've seen some of the fixtures in our local Ikea. The staff (especially Barry) was a true high-point of our stay, very friendly and helpful. The one and only drawback was the remote on the television. It was so unintuitive and obtuse we gave up trying to select a channel and just streamed a movie on our iPad. That, however, is far from a deal-breaker!

Great hotel, keenly located next to major arteries for access to central Dallas, area provides lots of opportunities for shopaholics.

This room was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in and great price and location!!!

Hotel was great, beds comfortable, great location. Will be staying again next month.

The service was great and very accommodating. The best part of my stay was the bed. The pillow was like a cloud and the sheets are like silk. The back out curtains work like a charm. I slept in very late thought out was still night time. Haha

We absolutely loved every detail of our stay. They were very family conscious in their design and made you feel super welcome with the friendly stuff down to the Hershey's bar in the room with a welcome letter. We will definitely stayed there again.

A wonderful hotel with big suits. Very nice staff. The front desk is very welcoming. A bit pricy during weekdays. Weekend price is fine. This was our second stay, and we will stay here again. I gave a 4 for cleanliness of the room, because they had forgotten to wipe the floor, and it had some sticky drops, but otherwise the room was very clean, perfect. Take your own conditioner and lotion; there's only shampoo and soap.

We like the hotel. Very Clean and the staff was very nice . Only thing didnt care for was the breakfast and they didnt have black curtains in the room. as well we could hear the people hitting walls. But for most part the stay was pleasant. LOVE THE SHEETS AND COVERS ON THE BEDS!!!!!

Looking for other locations of this hotel to stay in in the future! Fantastic for extended stays!!!!

This is a great hotel! Beds are very comfortable and hotel is new and very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location and accommodations!

Hotel decor was really nice, staff was very friendly, will definately stay again.

The staff was a little "green", brand new hotel. No real complaints though. The beds are amazing. Need to look into better shading blinds for the first floor rooms. With the shades down, you could still see clearly into the rooms.

Excellent location right on the mall's ring road. Close to shopping, dinning, and entertainment. Very close to intersection of two major tollways that give easy access to the north Dallas area. The hotel is almost new, is very clean with extremely helpful staff. Rates are very reasonable for what you get. The hotel has everything you could want with the exception of an on site restaurant, but there are multiple choices adjacent to the hotel; everything from a sandwich shop across the parking lot to full service ethnic restaurants within walking distance.

Wasn't expecting much more than a place to sleep during a 2-day business conference, but was pleasantly surprised. I stay in much more expensive hotels than this and this was nicer than most of them. Very clean room, great bed and linens, big room with couch and kitchen (I didn't cook, but would be nice if you wanted to), and great staff. I usually don't do reviews, but this hotel was worth it.

First time staying at a Home2 Suites. My wife and I loved it. Great place, comfortable bed and lots of room in the room.
