Hampton Inn Brockport, NY - ברוקפורט

Its nice to finally have a decent hotel option in Brockport. Comfortable, clean and a nice pool are for the kids. Long overdue Thank You Hampton Inn!

Stay was good. The hotel was very clean and nicely maintained. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Only down fall was no extra pillows or blankets were available and the choices for restaurants in the area were very slim.

Reasonably priced, clean and new.

great brand new hotel. Within a short distance to many stores and resturants. The only thing I believe this hotel needs is room service after a long day of work sometimes it is nice to have room service.

The hotel itself is very nice, but the dim lighting in the room was a deal breaker. If you need to do any reading or paperwork, the lighting is not adequate. Because of this, I won't stay there again. Too bad because I liked everything else about the place!

Room was nice but the temperature was hard to regulate. It was either too warm or too cold. Air was very dry.

Of the three hotels located in Brockport, this new hotel is by far the nicest, most modern and has the most amenities. It's the only one with a swimming pool (which is indoors, so year-round) and a gym. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast buffet was generous. WiFi was strong. All the other hotels in the town tend to have slightly out-dated decor, so this, the newest hotel is logically the most attractive. The only downside is that, like its closest competitor, Dollinger's, the prices are quite high considering the destination.

This is a pretty nice hotel. They are running understaffed at the moment I think because there were times when it was hard to find a front desk person. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful once they did appear. My only complaint about the room was that the door didn't always close properly so you had to spend some time trying to get it to latch. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was nice, and there are several places to get food or other necessities in the immediate area.
