I was quite impressed. It's been a long time since my husband and I got away for fun with friends. And the room was very nice and clean. It was quiet. And bed was comfortable. Service and employees were very kind smiling friendly and accommodating. We definitely will revisit

all was nice! people were surprised to learn you could not take coolers up to your room, they did say that was under protest now.

Very nice accommodations, rooms very spacious to move about, itinerary called out a fireplace, jacuzzi, king,etc. But no fireplace! Kitchenette and half bath had no trash containers, no exhaust fans present in either bathrooms for air make-up or moisture removal. For the 1st night open, generally very good courtesy of staff and informed.

The room was fine...we got a handicap room & not sure why. Bed was nice, pillows were strange. But the harassment before even getting into our room was horrible! We would have left, but would have been charged for the room anyway. We were told we couldn't have a cooler in our room....it had ice, water & orange juice in it!! My husband had 4 security guards standing behind him, which was very unnecessary. Then when we went towards the elevator, they wanted to check our bags. Then we watched at another person came in with a cooler, it was checked and they let them take it upstairs. The pool area was nice, but unfortunately that will be our first and last time staying at this hotel. With no comps to play at the casino, plus the poor treatment, sad to say but we were very disappointed.
