Motel 6 Dallas Dfw Airport N - אירווינג

My friend and I stayed here overnight before an early flight. The area seemed a little shady and the atmosphere inside was cold. The room itself was extremely small, but updated. There were odd sounds coming from our A/C and pounding sounds coming from down the hall, so I didn't get much sleep. Overall, I would not recommend this motel to anyone staying more than one night. You should also be aware that there is a lot of construction in the area, and the street that normally takes you straight to the airport is currently closed.

Overall the location of this hotel to the airport was perfect. However, the cleaniness of the room (namely the fact that the blanket was stained and used all 3 days) and the friendliness of the staff left much to be desired.

Bathroom floor was covered in water, toilet blocked, ptr had to plunge toilet himself, best part was driver of shuttle bus

This is the 3 rd time that I've booked at this property. I book a Queen smoking room and ALWAYS get two doubles. If it is available through an online booking process, why isn't available when I get there? The Front Desk 'Dingbats' are very indifferent about it.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and very clean, it was cleaned everyday! I couldn't ask for anymore, I recommend it

Having been affected by a flight cancellation, I was overjoyed to sleep in any place that was not the airport. This hotel was just as advertised: clean, efficient, and updated. The only other thing I could have asked for was a hair dryer :) and maybe hot water for tea.

Thought the fact they did not have a comp/printer to use was really inconv. The desk person wouldn't print my boarding pass for me either. Staff really loud at all hours.....their beeping walkie-talkie conversations woke me up at 2 am. E-mailed management about how they should really address these issues.

The room had a very efficient and clean design. I was surprised to find that the room had vinyl linoleum floors, but concluded that it was a great idea. Some many times I've checked into and inexpensive hotel to find the carpet heavily worn and smelly. The linoleum floor was spotless and great for folks in wheelchairs. The mattress was comfortable lying on a wooden platform. Another great idea fewer places (like the box spring) for bed bugs to hide. The entire room bathroom was absolutely clean. The Downfalls were: no closet to hang my dress slacks and shirt. No iron or ironing board. No restaurant within walking distance of hotel for meals. Overall it worked very well for my budget for an overnight trip.

The room had to be the smallest hotel room i have ever stayed in. We were traveling with 2 suitcases and 2 carry ons and barely had room to fit it all in the room.. But price was cheapest and the hotel shuttle was semi prompt picking us up. as it missed us 2 times.

When arrived at airport I called about 6 to 7 times from 9:30 to 10:00 pm for shuttle there was nobody answer the phone. I had bad time because I did not know where to go. I did not know if this hotel was really existed there.

NORMALLY WHEN I THINK OF ANY MOTELS I THINK OF DIRTY, DANK & DARK ROOMS WITH BEDBUGS AND DIRTY COMFORTERS BUT I WAS DEFINITELY SURPISED WHEN I OPENED THE DOOR TO THE ROOM. IT WAS KIND OF SMALL AND ALMOST REMINDED OF A COLLEGE DORM ROOM. IT SMELLED GOOD, WAS IMMACUALTELY CLEAN & MODERNIZED. IT WAS A WEE-BIT REMINISCENT OF A MODERNIZED VINTAGE 1970s ROOM WITH REGARD TO THE DESIGN, STYLE & FURNITURE CHOICES. CONS WERE: NO CARPET OR AT LEAST A THROW RUG BECAUSE I HATE TO COME INTO A ROOM AFTER I'VE SHOWERED ONTO A BARE FLOOR. ALSO THE TOWELS WERE ALMOST CHILD SIZE BUT THEY SERVED THEIR PURPOSE SO IT WASN'T A BIG DEAL FOR ME. OH AND ONE LAST THING, THERE WAS NO IRON/IRON BOARD IN THE ROOM BUT ONE WAS AVAILBLE & BROUGHT TO US, OVERALL FOR THE PRICE AND LOCATION (CLOSE TO DFW AIRPORT) I WAS VERY SATISFIED AND WOULD DEFINITELY COME BACK AND RECCOMMEND THIS MOTEL 6 TO OTHER PPL.

I was surprised to see how clean and well kept the room was. I didn't pay a lot and although there were not a lot of frills, the hotel room, for the price I paid, far exceeded my expectations. I would stay at a motel 6 again

It was a pleasant experience when I stayed at this hotel. The person at the front desk was courteous, friendly, and helpful. There is also a guest laundry on the same floor. Would stay here again if I come this way again.

Fair stay ... rooms are small but updated.

It was an okay hotel for an overnight stay. The room was pretty clean. The beds were like dorm rooms which is modern but very uncomfortable.

I don't like to spend a whole lot of money on hotels and this is the best one I have ever stayed at for a reasonable price. The only thing i didn't like was that there was no mini-fridge. Other than that it was very clean, and modern. It was very close to the airport so it was a bit noisy outside the hotel, but when in the hotel I could not hear it at all.

I have stayed at this location many times in the past. I think it must be under new management. The room was not a clean as I had experienced in the past.

Great price & very nice for a short trip or just a nice place to stay on a budget. Very nice rooms, small, but all you need to sleep, relax, and watch some television.

Motel 6 Dallas DFW Airport N is an excellent value for transitting in and out of DFW. The shuttle service is complimentary, free coffee in the morning, food delivery available, fast food within a short walk from hotel. I have stayed at this hotel several times and it is always clean and employs a friendly & helpful staff.

Clean fresh stylish and great customer care!!

Room was very clean and modern. Our only complaint was that the queen room was a bit small but for one person or even two just to sleep somewhere it was great. Would def stay again.

I got stuck in Dallas due to flight delays and needed something close, quick, clean and cheap. This fit the bill. I would not have stayed here under normal circumstances, though. I am used to economy hotel/motel rooms, but this was the closest thing to a blank college dorm room I've ever seen. The front desk person was not rude, but was also not quick or sharp and was completely unresponsive and not helpful when I had a shuttle issue.

About two miles from the airport. The shuttle runs 24 from the hotel. Taxi is minimum $25. Make sure you call the hotel for the shuttle.

Everything was okay for one overnight stay. The neighbors were very noisy and disturbing until 2:00am. There was no continental breakfast available which most hotels provide.

It's definitely for a short-time visit, but I was impressed with what I got for how little I paid. I didn't like how the hallways smelt of smoke, but once I got in my room, there was no trace of smoke.

After reading several positive reviews, my husband and I thought we'd give this a try after attending a conference in Irving. It was not at all what we expected. Though it was indeed updated to a "modern" feel, it was still dingy. The first room we were put in was tiny and felt more like a prison cell than anything else. Minimal furniture and absolutely no carpet to be found. It just felt cold and uninviting. Then, the air conditioner kicked on and was making a terrible sound. My husband told the front desk and they moved us to a bigger room across the hall. It was definitely more do-able, but still not great. The beds were less than satisfying. We both woke up with terrible neck/back aches that we battled the rest of the day. The blankets on the bed (or lack thereof), my husband referred to them as "sheets of wax paper". Long story short, there are multiples of other hotels right next door. Go there. It was a cheap price, but I would have been willing to pay a few more bucks for a place next-door. OH, also, I learned the hard way, THERE ARE NO HAIR-DRYERS IN THE ROOMS!

Bare bones but clean, responsive service (especially when i needed to be picked up at the airport) and well worth the price which was the lowest of any surrounding hotels. Close to the DFW airport, good shuttle service and a free cup of decent coffee to get you going!

This was a very nice and clean room. close to the airport. my only complaint would be the room was a little small.

suprisingly cool - contemporary, modern, nice big flat screen tv, comfortable bed - would definitely stay there again.

This was the Best Motel 6 I've ever stayed in and look forward to staying again next year.

The room was extremely clean, including the bed. Comfortable sleeping. No kleenex in the room! (We have alergies). Location served our purpose. Neighborhood not so hot, but trying to improve.

Looks like a cell block and I could hear the conversations at the front desk and my room was at the end of the hall.
