"Decent room but pricey"

We had a spacious room with a window overlooking Rambla de Catalanya. The bed is comfortable and the room is clean. Kitchen and living room are functional and clean. Not many amenities provided in the shared bathroom and only one bathroom available for a few units to share. For the price we paid at BCN, we would expect a little more room amenities (only beds and small bed-side tables, and that's all!). Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

"Not a hotel"

This place was not a hotel. It was an old building converted to rooms. I had a padlock on the door to my room. That did not inspire confidence. It took 3 keys to get into the building and room. The room had no ammenities and had very old furniture and bathroom fixtures. I feel it should be conveyed on the website that it is not a hotel and it had no traditional services of a hotel. I would never stay there again.

Personnel vraiment sympa. OK si vs êtes dans une chambre avec salle de bain partagée (ce qui fut notre cas), il faut patienter parfois pour aller au petit coin ou vous doucher. Chambres agréables, mais souvent sur cour. Les 5 ou 6 chambres sont dans un énorme appartement traversant, ouvrant sur une terrasse. Vraiment cool. Petit déjeuner inclus ds le prix de la chambre, il faut se le faire seul mais le personnel attentionné nous assiste avec gentillesse et discrétion. Ambiance chambre d'hôtes sans les proprios ;) Wifi avec une belle patate ; il y a même un PC à disposition des clients. Seul hic : si vs tombez sur des voisins bruyants (les portes n'isolent que très peu). Enfin, qd vs arrivez sur place, sonnez sur BCNSuites : il n'y a pas plus d'infos ni d'enseigne dans la rue ! Allez, bon séjour à deux pas de la place de Catalunya !

SE TRATA DE UNA PLANTA DE UN EDIFICIO ANTIGUO SITUADO EN UNA ZONA CENTRICA DE BARCELONA, CON HABITACIONES QUE ERAN CUARTOS DEL PISO, ALGUNOS CON BAÑO INTERIOR Y LOS OTROS COMPARTIDO, SIN LUJOS, CON UN TOQUE PARTICULAR. IDEAL PARA PERSONAS QUE LES GUSTA COMPARTIR SU ESTANCIA CON OTROS.
