Hotel Nazionale - פירנצה

The hotel is very central, close to all sights and main train station. We were given a room at the back with a small balcony overlooking the dome and bell tower! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was large and clean, however there was no TV as advertised on the website, but that didn't bother us as we were visiting and only used the hotel to sleep. The only downside was the timed light in the bathroom, had to keep putting my arm out of the shower to make the light come on again every 2/3 minutes, but for what we paid we could live with that. Will definitely book here again next time we visit Florence.

Hotel Nazionale is a great hotel with nicely renovated clean rooms with AC and wifi. The staff is extremely gracious and helpful and Manola the owner and her staff speak perfect english and helped give us advice on places to visit in Florence. The hotel is also close to the Santa Maria Novello train station and good walking distance to great tourist sites and restaurants in Florence. A great budget hotel to stay in as we left Tuscany for 2 days to visit Florence.

The hotel itself is out dated. But, it is quite common for small European hotels located in city center. But, room was clean and staff members were very helpful. It was a 5 min walk from the train station and only 5-10 min. walk to many interesting places

Very friendly staff and clean rooms. An absolute bargain for a central hotel in Florence.

Great location, friendly and english speaking staff who are happy to recommend sites and restaurants as well as just sit down and have a chat about the marvels of Florence. I had a great stay for two nights, and the somewhat small room size was no problem as the staff made you feel right at home.

Hotel no segundo andar sem elevador, quarto sem televisão, ar condicionado quebrado, sem wi-fi e nem cheguei ver a cor do café da manha. O quarto vc andava e ouvia o guarda roupas balançando. Tem hoteis melhores nos arredores. A localização é a única coisa boa.

o acesso não poderia ser pior pois o minúsculo elevador não funciona há muito tempo... logo... subir cinco lances de escadas com a bagagem não é nada fácil (ainda que a bagagem seja pouco pesada). Uma vantagem tem que apresentar, o café da manhã bem servido, mais que suficinente.
