Every good hotel. Our room was nice. Overall very convenient but not so close to large attractions that we couldn’t find a peaceful spot. Beautiful balcony.!

Overall we had a really enjoyable stay. The location of the hotel was great, it was very clean and we had no issues with check-in/out. The only downside is that there is no front desk so check-in/out happens at another hotel which is a few minutes walk away. It also means that if there was an issue, there is no one around to assist you.

We were given the location via confirmation email and followed the link on the map. This took us to the wrong place and there was nowhere resembling a hotel in sight. We then used the address in the same email which took us to a different location. This was where we’re were staying but not where we had to check in. We didn’t know this until we phoned and spoke to the hotel. This was 45 minutes after we got to the first location. If the hotel had informed us that we needed to check in at a different location, this whole episode could have been avoided. They agreed to send someone to find us and check us in, which was good of them. The room was nice, clean, modern and spacious. Only frustration was the sound of people walking in the room above carried through and prevented sleep

Beautiful room on a canal, need to go to lassidi palace to check in , it is open 24/7, don,t go to lassidi arco, get bus from train or bus station to s. Zaccaria / past San Marco square, and it’s a short walk

I really loved this sweet hidden jewel. Close to everything - 10 min walk - but quiet and cozy in a neighborhood. I felt like I lived there, not just visiting. The main hotel was close so that if you needed anything at anytime, it was available. Everything is new and it is very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious. I couldn't get the TV to speak English, don't know why but didn't really care since I didn't go to Venice to watch TV. The people upstairs were very nice but they have two young children that can make some noise. But, for the rate, the comfort and location - I highly recommend this jewel.

Jolie chambre. Le terme appartement est exagéré. Contrairement a ce que pourraient laisser penser les photos, il n y a pas de balcon dans chaque chambre.

estaba bien, probléma de información. l'habitacion esta en una calle i no en el hotel. un día no vinieron a limpiar i cuando hemos ido hasta el hotel porque no ay teléfono nos han dicho ahora muy tarde ya ira mañana a limpiar. corte de luz tuvimos que ir otra vez hasta l'hotel porque no ay teléfono. un escándalo.

Erinomainen huoneistomainen ratkaisu loistavalla sijainnilla. Liassidi Arco on Liassidi Palace Hotellin "jatke", ja sijaitsee noin 2min kävelymatkan päässä palacesta. Sisäänkirjautuminen tulee tehdä palacessa, josta saa mukaansa avaimen. Palvelu oli supernopeaa ja ystävällistä. Meidät tultiin ihan saattamaan huoneeseen. Paikka on ihana! Arco käsittää vain kolme huonetta, joista me olimme varanneet yhden parvekkeella ja kanaalinäkymällä. Parveke oli täydellinen lisä Venetsian elämykseen ja joimme aamukahvit partsilla jokapäivä. Jos pöydän puuttuminen rassaa, on kylppärissä juuri sopiva pikkuinen taso siirtää partsille tarvittaessa. Huoneessa on espressokeitin ja vedenkeitin, sekä kahvia ja teetä. Myös pieni viileäkaappi löytyy. Ostimme sinne omat aamiaistarpeet. Lähistöllä on muutamia kauppoja, kuten Coop. Kylpyhuone oli uutuuttaan hohtava, ja aivan upea! Koko huone kieli viimeistelystä ja uutuudesta. Ainoa nega paikassa on sijainti ilmeisesti lapsiperheen kodin alakerrassa. Iltaisin yläkerrasta kuului lasten iltavillien töminä suhteellisen myöhään. Kanaalilla paikalliset ajavat myös pilistä veneillään ja soittavat musiikkia. Tätä varmaan tapahtuu ihan joka puolella, ja se oli osaltaan hauska kulttuurinen törmäys. Suunnittelemme jo uutta paluuta Venetsiaan biennaalin aikaan. Arcon sijainti on biennaalialuetta ajatellen oikein loistava. Tulemme mielellämme uudestaan! Ainakin tähän parvekkeelliseen huoneeseen.
