Extended Stay Brunswick

Checked in and was given room 101. They remodeled and it’s a beautiful and comfortable suite. The location was a little difficult to find but worth it.

Staff is fantastic, they are busy upgrading so it will be better yet.it is a no frills hotel but clean and quiet.

They're trying. The room was clean & comfortable for the most part. We needed and asked for a handicap accessible room with 2 beds. We did not get that. Biggest disappointment.

This is not an Extended Stay America the really nice hotel chain. It is false advertising. They still have a sign out front that says Coastal Inn. This is a rundown old motel. We had already booked online for a race at Golden isles speedway and when we arrived and realized there were no rooms available close by so we made the bad decision to stay. We checked in and went to look at the room. There were no sheets on the bed and no towels! The room itself was old and dirty but the water worked so that was good. On the way out to the race we told the manager about the bedding and towels. She said she would fix the problem. While at the race the lady called and of course I didn't hear my phone. She left a message that she was swapping rooms to stop by the office and get the key. We didn't make it back until midnight and the office Closes at 11! WE WERE STUCK IN THIS ROOM WITH NO BEDDING OR TOWELS!! AND THE TV DIDNT WORK! The worst hotel experience ever

i didnt have a room they call me on the day i was to check in a cancel my room a said they had anther motel but it was low rated .spoiled my trip with me an my women had drive home.
