Don't stay here

I had so many problems before and while staying at this property. I wouldn't recommend to stay here. There people are meant and yelling at the guest while we tried to ask for a help/solution. i have stayed at many 4-5* hotels, resort and this is the one I wouldn't think they deserved a 5*.

Can not sleep because of noise from wind

The service of staffs are perfect. The food is good. The outlooking of building is also beautiful. However, because of the structure of the building (I stayed at room on 5F of main building), very strong wind went through the room over night even I closed door and window. The strong wind caused very noisy sound and I had difficulty to fall in asleep. Also the wind brought a lot of sand into my room. There was also black out in the midnight and the air conditioner stopped working. It turned out that my room was very noisy and very hot over night and I couldn't sleep at all. Since they also have cottage, I strongly recommend stay there instead of staying room in main building.

Very clean resort. Friendly staffs. Two thumbs up on food. However, wine list was very limited. Three per red and white. Would need some improvement here. Overall, very nice stay. Highly recommend.

このホテルの部屋は広く天井が高いためとても気持ちがいい。ジュニアスイートはさらに広くキッチンもあり便利、バスルームも大変広く水量豊富で温度も安定している。Wi.Fi の速度も速い。バルコニーも十分な広さで東向き、南シナ海が眼前に広がる。朝食の種類も多く連泊でも飽きない。大きなプールの左右にビラ棟がゆったりと配置され緑も多くリラックスできる。 スタッフはみんな明るくとても親切。徒歩圏内には何もないが、タクシーが常駐しており、しかも料金が安いので不便はない。
