チェックイン時間前だったが、仕事をさせてもらえて助かった。スタッフさんが親切で、フリーワインも出てくるバーは心地よく、いいバーテンダーさんもいた。全体的に海外の洋館ふうで非日常感がたまらないが、水道の蛇口がやや使いづらいなど、機能性は少し落ちる。トイレとバスが　別なのは嬉しい。

Great stay

It is very nicely decorated hip hotel, the bed is comfortable, and the breakfast is fantasitc, I think this is the best hotel i stayed throught my Hokkaido trip, maybe something amiss would be there is no onsen facility in this hotel

Hotel is in a great location to enjoy Otaru, close to the train station as well as the light festival. Pros: - My room was very comfortable and attractive. - Location is close to the canal and train station. - Hotel is designed and decorated beautifully. - Wine hour is a nice and has potential. Cons: - Lack of customer service, staff is very cold, non communicative and business like. -

An excellent hotel in appearance, slight flaws underneath. Beautiful and stylish, but... the hot water in the shower went hot and cold, the breakfast appealing, but lacking flavor. Excellent free wine service from 5-6.30pm -perfect for retreating from the cold snowy outside.

Great stay in an amazing city

Amazing property in a beautiful town. We originally booked this property for our final stay in Hokkaido, however we wish we would have had more time to enjoy both the property and the surrounding area. The property was very clean and the staff was very accommodating. They offered a morning breakfast or “high tea”, and even made a special vegetarian set. Overall the staff was so friendly and the location shouldn’t be missed.

Best hotel in Otaru

I absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Upon arrival, they offer a choice of beverage (apple tea, orange juice, etc) In the room, they provide a handy with complimentary data. There was also an iphone dock and an iphone so you can listen to music or cast your show. At night, they provided a complimentary glass of wine. You get to choose what kind. I tried the one produced in Otaru which was quite fruity. There a fireplace by the lobby so you can warm up. Lobby smelled wonderful. They had a scent machine below the sofa. Location of the hotel was also ideal as its near the Otaru Canal. I also liked the body gel,it worked well in the bath unlike other gels jotels provide. They also provided individual control for AC. A lot of hotels I stayed in Japan had centralized AC so you end up sweating. Breakfast was also great served in a high tea set. Not as filling as Id hope but it was definitely a good experience. Make sure to try the milk - it was so creamy and tasty! The only thing I didnt like were 1. Doors were swin in and out. Plus they were heavy. So its difficult especially with large luggage in tow. 2. They charge for extra bottled mineral water.

A very good location in Otaru for shopping and 5 minutes walk to the canal. The staffs were very friendly and providing good services. The only drawback was insufficient parking for the guests.
