Extended Stay America - St. Louis - Westport - Craig Road

It was alright but didn’t like being by the door &&’ having to hear people come in && out all night / morning .

Old food in cabinets, a roach walked out, I love to sleepy eyes. People standing in stairwells smoking pot and crack. Bags of trash on walkways... just gross. Thank you

Booking through Expedia we were not given the pet room we needed. Charles at the front desk was more than accommodating an found us a room. We had been traveling and just wanted to rest...we could not thank him enough! Although the property could definitely use some updates the staff was excellent.

The front desk ladies were super sweet and professional.

Will I did not sleep there, I end up taking my stuff went across the street to Sheraton and reserved the night. At the extended stay there is bedbugs and very filthy place, all what I have to do just send someone to inspect that facility and you will be shocked how dirty it is. Stained floors and the mattress had bedbugs which I have scares to proof

I love the laundry room with the vending machines on the first floor. I love the kitchenette and the fact that the WiFi actually works, unlike its sister hotel. The rooms are nice for an affordable hotel, and my only complaint is that the rooms, while they appear clean, haven't actually been cleaned. You should at least mop the floors and get rid of the cobwebs on the ceiling. This is a pandemic, people want to feel safe. I also have a problem with all the guests who aren't wearing masks in the hallway or being instructed to wear masks. This is a mandate, it's not optional.

Was not sure what to expect, looking at the outside of the building. But once inside the room, the space was decent for the price!
