Very slow and poorly trained staff. The customer service was very poor

Staff very crude and unprofessional No buffet except breakfast

Would just change the wifi system - no point in having it expiring after 48 hours nowadays and WiFi is weak in the rooms

Excellent location with easy access to main shopping, restaurants and sightseeing locations. The interior is plush and clean. The service team is eager to help but slow to deliver. Needed to quickly press my shirt and was told the hotel had only ONE pressing iron.

Quiet and Room Changed & upgraded. The environment was clean.

Well appointed hotel, comfortable bed, very good breakfast buffet and above average gym and pool. Only deficiencies were minor ones - poor selection of TV channels, no face cloths, no shaver outlet in bathroom, no "do not disturb" cards. Only major problem honoring the online booking (took them twenty minutes, at check in, to find the reservation, claiming that the price on my online registration was too low!) and then, on my second stay, despite the fact that hotels.com showed rooms at $103, they wouldn't budge on charging $142. For all its good features, the hotel clearly hasn't entered the 21st century when it comes to online bookings!

The fact that the only intercom was inside the bathroom made it tiring to make or receive call
