Extended Stay America - Columbus - Sawmill Rd.

This hotel was stayed at after a terrible hotel experience at a RedRoof nearby, the difference was incredible. Clean sheets, clean bathroom, clean kitchen. The staff was so kind and very quick to check-in and out.

Pretty nice place, everything you need for a great price. Extra 25$ for a pet, but other places wanted over 100$ extra to "clean up the dander, so the next customer doesnt suffer" thats just BULL @#%#. That is not pet friendly in my book. If you don't like pets why would someone book a stay at pet friendly hotels? Pretty clean too!

The price was very reasonable but there was a stale smell in the room like there had recently been someone smoking, the wi-fi was terrible, and whenever someone walked down the hall, the bed would shake very noticeably.

It had an extent old people smell. I felt weird vibes from this hotel. I did not even stay in this hotel due to the bed was stiff and uncomfortable And just it was a creepy place my toilet plugged up. this hotel is Not an ideal of getting away.

Dated interior. No elevator or ice machine

I was staying in room 202 and the people above us were loud stopping running across floor all night called about it once gave up they were loud didn’t enjoy my stay only due to that

Great location. Nice facility in need of upgrade. Staff friendly all around a god experience

I was checked in on the first floor and my whole entire staying there was someone who is in the room above me they walk 24 seven it sounds like a racehorse upstairs I complain to the front desk and nothing was done several times.Terrible experience too much noise The bathroom has mold in the shower. End it smells like someone has been smoking inside of the room disgusting.
