After making a long drive to get here, I walked in and asked the front desk man if there was a public restroom I could use. He said no, even though I was looking right at it. Then he shifted and said I needed to check in first. He said it would only take a second but minutes later I'm still waiting to use the restroom! What kind of customer service is this?!

Check in was easy and my requests had been honored for a corner room. The room it’s self was spacious and newly updated. The curtains were the best black out curtains I have ever seen! However, the thermostat was senitive. One degree too much it was hot, one degree too low it was freezing. There are wasn’t any cups in the room. The water pressure was great though and the bed wasn’t too bad. I’d stay again.

No vending machine no working ice machine. Water in toilet sprayed everywhere got a new room with better toilet worse shower. Stain on bathroom floor and hair in “clean” towel

Great place to go as relation to interstate and set up of room.Will come back again during our travels.

The bed and shower was amazing. Overall the room was clean. However, the ac unit facing was coming off and stuck out further than it needed too. Our bathroom door looked like it had sat in a flooded room for a bit, at the bottom. There was peeling wallpaper in the hallway.

We had an awesome time! The hotel was very easy check in and lit. The hotel was clean and very comfortable.. we will definitely stay here on our next trip

We had a good stay overall. My only issue was not having a fully stocked coffee station in the room.

I chose this hotel based on reviews. We were here from out of town and only needed the hotel mainly for sleep. We arrived close to 10pm and the lady at the front was nice! No problems there. Get to the room and after a 7hour trip we were ready for sleep! Put the AC on 70 because the room was warm and on low fan 74. Woke up around 1 am and turned it down to 68. Woke up at 3:30 ish and it was still warm. Went to front desk at 6:30 to let them know because I figured it shouldn't be warm still considering it's a small room. I told them I would be leaving for the entire day and just to let us know what maintenance said. Got back about 9:30 pm after a long day walking and touring. Ready for bed at that time. The ac seemed to be blowing harder on and off at its own pace but wouldn't cool room down. I figured since they didn't notify us of a problem that there was none and it would work! It was still super warm that night. Got no sleep for two nights in a row. I let front desk know that morning as well and asked if maintenance came by. They said that it was dropped down to 64 and worked great. So why didn't they leave it on the temp it works great on? If you do that in a house it will likely freeze so how would I know to do that PooromcommunicatiNot to mention the mildew around the power sockets and the barn door looked cool for the bathroom, but it's not great with children. House keeping did come in and clean the room and refresh items while we were gone so that was appreciated.

We liked the furnishings and the mattress was very comfortable! Our bathroom had a very loose toilet seat.
