It was beautiful. The weather was amazing. The staff was kind. I wish they had daily room service yet it was request only. The restaurant didn’t open until 4pm daily which was frustrating. Comfortable beds! Not enough drawer space to unpack two sets of luggage

I travel a lot, so when I say what a disappointment.. believe me, it was. A Sunday night stay for a standard room @$400, I expected so much more from a Marriott establishment. The TV did not work "no signal", and when calling the front desk they said it was the service provider affecting the entire area. Hard to believe when it didn't work from check in to check out. Yet the bar tv had no issues. The toilet handle gets stuck so you hear the water running if you don't adjust it back. Not fun when you're back in bed after a 3am bladder call and have to fix it again. The bathroom sink. No hot water available because the hot water handle just spins and spins, and nothing comes out. We had to use the hot water from the bath faucet. I wanted to speak to management upon check out, and opted to do so IF we were asked by the front desk about "how was your stay". We were never asked. Management: Room #811, if anyone is interested in making the repairs needed. I would not recommend a stay at this hotel.

Overall great experience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rated Comfort as “ok” because the pillows were too broken down but just could have been ours in our room. Would definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, great location

Nice clean hotel. Good location downtown Long Beach. Extremely walkable area with a good variety of shopping and restaurants located within walking distance. Nightlife (clubs) on Friday and Saturday are just up Pine St. two blocks. The reason I took away one star is because hotel access and elevator access is controlled by a keycard and sometimes the functionality leaves you fumbling around outside or in the elevator.

Fantastic Stay!

Almost everything was excellent. A few things I could note that needs improvement. Coffee supplied was 1 regular and 1 decaffeinated. Could have supplied 2 of each since there were 2 of us. Towels supplied were only 2 sets. Ended up calling the front desk on our first day to request more coffee and towels. Service was great though. Whenever I called to request something, it arrived within 30 minutes or less.

Meh.

It was meh. Rooms were really outdated, but comfortable. Staff was nice but free breakfast wasn’t really free.
