did not like the road access as Albert Street is still being dug up.

My stay was great. But was very annoyed that when i checked in i wasn't told that i had a $20 food and beverage credit. I only found out when i was checking out. Def thought id been told this.

The hotel is in a good spot handy for restaurants and entertainment. At the moment there is a lot of road works going on in the street just outside the hotel which restricts access sometimes. The hotel is very pricey for what you get. We stayed for 2 nights with breakfast included in a superior room approx $780. We liked the room and breakfast decided to return to the hotel for a further 6 nights. They offered us a delux room no breakfast for $1800. The only difference with superior and delux rooms is you get a pod coffee maker and one free bottle of water. The concierge very helpful but the check in staff were not helpful when we queried the differnce in the rooms and the price for a pod machine! We also on check out had a problem with the bar bill had been put into their computer twice. I had to explain to them we only signed one bill and only had one lot of drinks. Get receipts for everything..

Everything was superb, lovely lady at the check in and the room was very comfortable and high quality linen. Excellent condition all around. It was very pleasant and I really enjoyed my stay.

Pool, spa were amazing . Room, bathroom was very clean

Excellent It was such a good hotel I really enjoyed my stay the most amazing place you ever can’t imagine I can’t wait to go back there because the staff are friendly and the service is quick and easy and chicken is amazing as well I love the gym and the pool and the spa highly recommended

With all the roadworks in Albert St, accessing the hotel is a nightmare. There was no reference to this on the booking site, only a fine print mention of construction at an adjacent building. The lobby used to be very elegant but now looks like budget airline lounge. Certainly not up to the 5 star rating it was once know for.
