Hilton Downtown Fort Worth

The hallway smelt like there was a gas leak the rooms smelled her vomit the tub and the sink were clogged and wouldn’t drain

The rooms are beautiful and clean and the beds and pillows are so comfortable! I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and it is always the same quality and comfort!

This was my second stay with Hilton in Downtown Fort Worth and my first experience was amazing but this past one i was put in a room that was so noisy. And I get that its a historic building which i love about it but i could not sleep at all due the the noise coming from the air unit in the room. It was so noisy and it also sounded like someone was banging on metal pipes inside the walls. Maybe it was just the room I was put in. I'm normally not a picky person so i didn't ask for another room because i didn't want to go through the hassle. Other than that, my stay was great. I will choose to stay there again, just maybe not that particular room. It was room 1104 btw.

I stayed in Pure Wellness Room which was amazing. Not only did I sleep better and breathe easier, I felt more comfortable, safer given Covid. I appreciated that these rooms have a medical grade purifier and they do something to the surfaces in the room to make it safer.

The hotel itself is lovely, great location and reasonably priced. The bed was comfortable and the room was quite spacious. However, when we arrived and went to the valet we could not get staff to help unload the car or bring a cart to the car, which really isn’t the end of the world except the staff moved our car even though we asked them not to. Fortunately it was still within walking distance so we could unload our stuff. Check in was easy but took some time to complete. The single front desk personnel was very helpful but we felt bad for the line piling up and the lack of additional help. The elevator was fast and guests were definitely abiding by the social distancing and face coverings. The room was much bigger than we expected and the linens were clean and the bed was comfy. The sink kept backing up when we would use it. And when it backed up there was dark brown stuff floating out of the drain and up to the surface. The toilet was clean except for the side closest to the shower. There was a lot of dried urine on the bottom of it. And last, the coffee table in the room had what I can only hope was old dried food on the side of it. Check out was quick and easy. But sadly we experienced the same issues again with the valet staff, they were not helpful in loading the car and the gentleman who gave my husband the car keys actually put his hand out expecting a tip. Being in the service industry, we did in fact tip but not willingly. We won’t be going back.

Room was a room. Asked for high floor. 12th facing another building. Disappointed about that. Location was great for downtown shopping. Probably wouldn’t stay again

Super place to stay for a wedding at a venue just down the street!
