Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott

I had a quick, overnight stay. The Marriott brand is generally reliable, and this property proved to be no exception. I was highly impressed by the cleanliness of the property and the attentiveness of the staff. If this property is experiencing any kind of staff shortage, it's certainly not evident. The pool, the restaurant, the work-out facility are all well equipped. The room is very comfortable. I wouldn't have minded at least one more night! I anticipate traveling through Dallas at least 2 more times this year .... I'll stay here again.

Great stay over

Great hotel for plane delay/reschedule. Only hiccup was shuttle driver kept asking us the address of the hotel as there are apparently 4 Marriott’s nearby. We finally were able to confirm correct address and the right shuttle

Nice remodel, but poor service

Don't book your stay on the "complimentary" shuttle service from the airport. After seven calls all ringing until they hung up, we ended up having to Uber at almost $40. When telling them, was told well it is just complimentary and we were too busy to pick up the phone. Checked in and the air did not work in our room. Again, tried calling the customer service desk...no answer. Ended up walking down to see there were three workers (one eating), no line of customers waiting. No fan available said the air had been working but offered to move rooms.

EXCELLENT HOTEL

What an AWESOME Hotel!!!! Staff was very friendly, food was high quality, room was excellent, very clean. Best stay i have ever had. Was my daughters first hotel stay and she was amazed. Thank you for such a great memory with my family.

Overall the stay was amazing. The hotel was clean, quiet and overall beautiful. The shower pressure in the bathroom was amazing I’ve stayed in many hotels and this was the best. We only ate the breakfast one day and personally it’s not worth $21. It was very basic waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage and fruit. It was buffet style so maybe that’s where the price comes in but we only ate one plate a piece so for $45 it didn’t seem worth it. We did have to ask everyday for towels. Housekeeping only came to our room without being asked when it was the last day I’m assuming because they assumed we had checked out already. We would definitely stay here again.

The terraced parking area made building access simple, the building itself was clean and spacious, and the wooded lot seemed quiet and nature-friendly.
