Good place to stay

It was very clean.and staff was friendly.the outside pool was dirty.the maid service was great a little pricey but worth it.break was blah.coffee ok .laundryroom us being worled on.but the drier gets real hot. All in all i rate it a 2 half star.but becauase of the maids a 3 star.

Horrible! After we checked in we dropped off our bags to get something to eat. At first glance the room seemed fine. When we came back to the room we were meet with huge roaches and other bugs as well as stains under the covers. We went to the front desk because we wanted to leave and get our money back. the front desk offered us to see another room which of course was just as disgusting. We were charged for the first night despite being in the room for a whole 10 minutes because it was after 4 pm. They also held the whole amount of our 3 night stay for 2 rooms for 5 days leaving us without those funds on our trip. Once they finally released that money THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN. leaving us in New Orleans without money again. Everytime I called to get reimbursed no one there could help me. This company should be ashamed for running a "business" like this and corporate wasn't any more help because they're a franchise. Spend the extra $30 at the hotel down the street you won't regret it.

This hotel was terrible!! The cigarette smell was so bad it hurt my nose. If we hadn’t booked 3 rooms we would have turned around and left. Was afraid we wouldn’t be able to find 3 more rooms. Dirty, musty old nasty rooms. Worst hotel experience ever. We wouldn’t even stay for the little bit of dry breakfast food they had out. GROSS!!! I will say the staff were nice & gave us some spray to use to mask the smoke smell.

Good clean motel near restaurants and shopping. Good value.

Big room with refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot for reasonable rates
