We had a relaxing over all stay

It was a nice place to stay very nice townhouses besides some minor things will return

This place was perfect. Anything you needed they delivered right to your room.

Amazing place. Very spacious and affordable

Terrible. They allowed a group to have a party and start fighting right above our room. The cops had to be called and escorted the group off the premise. The whole place smelled like weed and trash was left right in front of our door. All the front desk said was yea we have this problem a lot. Do not recommend. It looks like more people are living there then staying as a hotel.

Stayed at this hotel in the past and the gas fireplace was what brought me back but the last time I stayed it was a cheap electric one that was plugged in and didn’t put off any type of heat. Major disappointment!

As soon as we walked in the room , I noticed there is a long curly red hair on the hand towel. The room sleeps 6 people. but only two sets of towels are provided. There are 5 of us, we only had half roll of toilet paper. No extra blankets or pillows. I try to call the front desk for supplies, there is no answer. Kind of disappointing, will not be come back .

Toilet clogged. Maintenance wanted us to unclog. Two pillows for king size bed. Towels just thrown on rack no neatness

I would give it a 5 but really they should pay more attention to it, the bathrooms do not have soap, nor do they have sheets for the bed and many other things such as plates, spoons.

The only thing that wasn't as needed was the shapoo,conditioner, and body wash was empty or had been there so long it was clogged. I can understand that the hotels have had little business due to Covid-19.
