Newport Beach Marriott Hotel and Spa

Not your standard Marriott. The check-in line took over an hour. Service was oddly rude. Then the added fees stacked up to over a 100$ a night. They absolutely gut you for parking. Not worth the mediocre and dated room. If you are considering staying here, instead you should add another 100$ a night to your budget and stay at a better hotel. Don’t be fooled by the convenient Starbucks and nice pool, you’re getting taken advantage at this property.

View and stay was good. Excellent location to stay. Fashion island is across the street, which my family and I loved. The only bad think about our stay was the water pressure in the shower was terrible.

it was a nice room with a great view but i was NEVER told that i had to pay $70 for parking for 2 nights until my bill was mailed to me. that is an insane price. your better off parking on the street or something. that brings my opinion about this place down a ton.

Nice and Clean Hotel.... although Swimming pool not that big

299 plus tax plus 35 resort fee plus 35 parking. I do not feel the room was clean an comfortable enough for justifying that much money

No food or drink offerings after 5 pm.

Clean, but popcorn ceiling in rooms should be replaced. Quiet & nice view but other hotels nearby have the pool open until 8-10 pm. You’re closed at 6 pm
