My husband and I went to the Omni for our 20th anniversary. We had a wonderful stay. We had a delicious meal at Blue Ember. We went to all the different pools. The family pool was a little crowded but that is to be expected in the middle of summer, the lazy river was fun and the adult pool was quite relaxing. The scenery was beautiful and the staff was very nice. I can’t wait to go back.

Need better cleanness

The front desk person was very helpful. Give us an amazing room. We got to the room was not clean at all. They just put new bath towels and very little cleaning around the room.

Cleanliness and amenities need work.

Okay, first, the property is getting pretty run down. Second, people were clearly overloading rooms, ie, booking a room for 4 and then having 8 people stay. Third, ice machines were almost always out. They need signage to keep jerks from not filling up coolers. Fourth, the wifi is not free if you want decent wifi. It's misleading information on their website IMHO. Lastly, and this is disgusting, one of our FOLDED hand towels was covered in some woman's make up. So gross.

Things Have Changed

Stayed at the property several years ago, family had a great time. However, things have changed, the rooms are worn, twice we had incidents with large cockroaches, we were on the lower level and it was very noisy. WIFi was the worst. It just wasn't worth the expense.....

We were in for Stagecoach. We paid 900 per night and were staying for 7 nights. Staff was rude, property was unclean and when we contacted the front desk to ask if they could please nicely ask our neighbors who had kept us up all night to kindly keep it down the front desk staff rudely told us that they could not bother the other guests but that they could move our room. They moved us to a smaller - handicapped - room (so positively NOT the same room we paid for) near the kitchen and near where the contractors load up and drop off supplies and people each day. The room, upon us moving ourselves in as we were never offered assistance by any of the hotel staff, had a filthy bathroom floor and sink upon arrival. We had to contact housekeeping to return to clean the bathroom. Each day the landscapers would begin to use mowers and heavy duty tree trimmers at 7:45 am. Maria speak to the manager, Maria, we were kept on hold for more than 15 minutes and then once again kept waiting at the front desk for 15 minutes to speak with her. She offered us a $100 credit on a 7 night, $6,100 stay. I have tried to contact the hotel again directly to speak with the highest manager and have left several messages and have to date never heard back from him (Mr. Abluga sp). To add to that, the outdoor dining chairs were filthy and covered in bird feces as were the pool chairs. Their only redemption what is the restaurant on property. Do NOT STAY HERE 😞
