Residence Inn Ontario Airport

The stay was good till i wanted to extend my stay another day be aware of the rude lady that works front desk i don’t know her name but she will try and over charge you for a deposit that’s the same price of the room which is crazy to me I will never book another stay this place needs to have better management in my eyes

Just okay hotel

Our experience was just okay. We stayed at better Residence Inn in the past. It would have been helpful if I knew in advance that their penthouse suites are only located in upper levels. Had I known I would have just booked two adjoining rooms because my dad cannot climb up the stairs. Luckily we had a standard room booked as well and that was on the first floor so we moved my parents to that room. However, the door to their room was broken. The locks were loose and it could be easily opened from the outside. We had someone from maintenance fix it BUT then you had to use full force with your shoulder to open it from the outside. Neither my mom or dad had that kind of strength so we always had to open it for them.

This Residence Inn was located in Ontario, California close to Ontario airport. I got the feeling that the hotel thought we were there as red district visitors. Rooms were cleaned ONLY upon request. I stayed at the Ranco Cucamonga California hotel. The difference was night and day. I do not recommend .

Nice but needs some improvement

I was shocked I had to pay $15 for parking. I didn't see that when I made the reservation. The front desk was a little rude/offended when I asked if i could check in 5 minutes early. I was upset by the fact that they had 2 shampoos and no signature bodywash like other Marriott properties. They also didn't provide pots and pans in the kitchen as described on the included items in the room. I enjoyed having a full kitchen complete with a full sized fridge that had an ice maker.

The facility had trash outside people were arguing outside of the room in the middle of the night and overall is in a really poor neighborhood

Poor stay,high price

This hotel needs a total renew all furniture is old and in a bad condition. Everything in the room didn’t work properly,we even had a leak at sink,fan didn’t work,smells horrible,coach was not secure to sit so they have to change room for us at the last day stay without offering any help for moving us. Breakfast was the worst experience I had ever had,though even any Motel would have better than food than this hotel. Pool didn’t have towels well in resume this hotel isn’t pleasant to stay for some days with your family. Only good thing is the two rooms space but that’s it!

There were cockroaches in the room. Enough said. Chairs had been chewed on by dogs, curtains ripped and badly repaired, the room was worn and shabby.
