I m using first time this hotel and staff are so friendly and accommodating. I requested early check out 2 times of my stay and receptionist Jennifer, Mary.Lilly are so friendly and welcoming. Thanks girls ur great and Hotle is very clean quite and nice layout in the room ..

Spacious clean room and top it up with free parking a big bonus. Make sure cleaners put set of towels, ie flanels, hand towels with towels, apart from that it was very clean!

On arrival the front desk lady barely spoke, felt like we were interrupting her paperwork by being there, super unwelcoming. Room looked nice, was a great size, but stains on carpet, dirty cutlery in the drawers wasn’t great. Shower was cold, in the evening and also in the morning!!! Sleepless night as there were two loud music parties in other rooms, no onsite staff to manage it left the party’s free to play out until 4am! When I complained to the front desk in the morning all they said was ‘sorry’. I would not recommend staying here again

No heater, air conditioning was set to heat but blew cold. Drinking glasses had dust and marks on them. Comfortable bed and quiet room.

Pitty about the lack of care (customer & property)

Our stay could have been good, as the property has a good location close to Newmarket shopping and various medical clinics in Epsom. The room is a good size with two chairs, coffee table and large desk for working. But the bathroom, although quite large is very tired, lacking of repairs (holes in the tiles) and cleaniness is marginal. With a 10 year old property the rooms should be better maintained and though the bed was very large and comfy, sheets clean, the duvets were not. The price was reasonable and we didn't expect five star facilities, but the lack of maintenance and attention by the staff will deterr me from returning. The air conditioning didnt work properly and although we mentioned it and asked for an extra blanket on the coldest night of the year so far, the staff didn't care and forgot! While one staff menber apologised, an male gave us a lecture how you can adjust an aircon, which he admitted earlier wasn't working right.

Great Stay

We had a nice spacious room, the family room they call it. Value for money I think tidy and clean. Just some maintenance repairs and it would lift its ratings. A little tidy up outside perhaps. We arrived 5 mins after 2pm to check in, room wasn't ready but we didn't have to wait long. We had rm 2016 very spacious. Bathroom door and shower door wouldn't close properly but like I said just a bit of maintenance repairs. My only problem would be if there is no kitchen sink in the room bring a bottle of water to fill the kettle. Good parking too. It is on a a one way street so make sure you drive in the right way.

The place was ok. The cleaners would only leave 1 face cloth when there was two of us in the room. One day we had no floor mate. Two nights we had no flat sheet for the bed. I had to ask for a sheet that the cleaners took away. Very had as the helpers did not understand English
