Relatively nice hotel for a quick stop over but with some serious flaws. Maids were cleaning rooms loudly by 8am making it impossible to sleep. Beds are truly small doubles

Great location good service and clean , down side was the internet stopped working in my room after the first day and not fixed. COVID lockdown did not allow me to try the mar and restaurant but service was very good

The hotel was very good but the staff were not so good. Housekeeping did not clean our room twice during a five day stay and the staff in the bar were also pretty poor, slow and nor very attentive!

The hotel was lovely, but the service wasn't that great. Slow to serve in the restaurant and with drinks. Out of the five nights the rooms didn't get cleaned twice. Overall the hotel was lovely in a beautiful location.

Lovely place to stay

Great place, really comfy bed etc. Wish the rooms were a bit bigger and wish if they do room service. Other than that all fantastic and definitely recommend that place.

This is a modern, comfortable, clean, and very well run hotel. The receptionist was able to set up a room for me almost as soon as I arrived (around 1030am), so that I could sleep after a transatlantic flight. (There was a glitch, in that room cleaning service entered the room in the morning, while I was sleeping, thinking that I was checking out.) I liked the location on the right bank of the river L'Oise near the beautiful new bridge, and convenient to downtown Compiegne (an easy 10-minute walk), several of the university buildings (even the Innovatiom center, where my conference was located, could be reached on foot in just over 30 minutes, or with convenient public buses), and the train station (an easy 10-minute walk), which was also the stop for the bus to and from Pierrefonds (a recommended half-day excursion). I did not use the restaurant.

Great hotel. Location very convenient for access from major route and walking distance to Compiegne centre. Closeness to the river is particularly nice especially when the weather allows you to dine on outside terrace.

We stayed for two nights during a bike trip from Amsterdam to Paris. The location was excellent and the facilities were clean and modern. The staff helped us store the bikes and were accommodating when we needed to get them in and out. There was a weird mixup in our reservation but they fixed it with no issues.
